Fatima from Eb Plenty Valley goes above and beyond, her service was really appreciated the other day when I came to collect my pre ordered PS5 (hardest thing to arrange over the past 6months) and they could not locate it in the store room. She ensured that it was sorted and I could not be more grateful! One happy teenager this Xmas and one very amazing employee at Eb games

so much more stock since their recent upgrade, even has some stuff I couldn't find on their website! staff are almost always friendly... never had a bad experience here and I'm a weekly shopper there. Went there the other day and Jess was so helpful! had a click and collect orders and had to ask a few questions and responded in a friendly matter. a lovely collection of staff- thanks Jess!!

My only complaint about this store is my wife spends more money than me here. Not really a complaint but anyway

Was a slight issue when collecting an online order but they sorted it professionally and quickly. Also very knowledgeable about video games and which games suit different groups.
