Best OB in the business! We were so lucky to have had Mark. Sorry it took us almost two years to write this review, but we could not recommend him and his services enough. Brilliant for both parents too! Our favourite thing about Mark, especially being first time parents, there was never a "dumb question" or judgement of us for asking.

I cannot speak highly enough of Mark and his team for the birth of our first baby in Dec 2023. His approach was personalised, friendly, approachable and reassuring every step of the way. He always made a point of reminding us he was a phone call away if any concerns in between appointments. He was always thorough every time and gave us all the time in the world to answer our many questions as first time parents. His after care following the birth was also incredible as he kept checking up on us on the ward. Mark has a genuine, kind, caring and friendly nature as well as being highly experienced and professional which was exactly what we were looking for and needed. Could not recommend him enough!! I can not speak more highly of Mark and his team we were made to feel welcome and comfortable from the start. We had some early issues with our pregnancy and Mark was amazing scanning us weekly, calling me on the weekend with results and then when my waters broke early he was there to reassure us and help us get to 36 weeks which we did. If it was t for Mark I truely believe we would have had a very prem baby. The team at his office are kind and caring and you are never made to feel like you are asking silly questions or being high maintenance. The whole experience we had was nothing short of amazing and I would highly recommend Mark and we will certainly be coming back

Mark had been highly recommended to us by our family member for our first child that my wife and I were expecting after what had been tough journey. Our experience with Mark and his professionalism for caring my wife during her pregnancy has been nothing but the best. Furthermore, his medical advice together with his patience to answer to all of our questions as well as taking his weekend off to meet with us at his clinic for an urgent consult has made us feel at ease and comfortable at every appointment and during the delivery. We could not recommend him highly enough and will certainly be back for his care when the next time comes around! Thank you

Mark delivered my 2019 baby, 2021 baby and is now caring for me for the impending arrival of my 2023 baby.
Mark is friendly, professional and brings a sense of humour. I look forward to each and every appointment seeing both Mark and his lovely wife Kirsty.

I went to Dr Mark Petris for my first baby. Mark was fantastic in every appointment during my pregnancy- so helpful, supportive, friendly and gave me full confidence.
At 39 weeks I had to be induced, and Mark made me completely comfortable during a nervous time. Mark was amazing during my labour- giving me supportive encouragement, he explained every step and procedure that was required, reassured me, and i felt completely comfortable and confident every step of the way. My husband and I would always recommend Mark to anyone looking for a obstetrician, and we will absolutely go back. His care, expertise and friendly nature made the entire pregnancy process absolutely enjoyable. I can’t thank him enough!

Mark Petris is a great obstetrician and our experience with him was nothing short of amazing. From our first appointment through to the birth , Mark was was very thorough, providing us with accurate advice, whilst also having a kind and caring attitude. His rooms in Brighton are lovely and he was always on time. Mark encouraged us to raise any questions or concerns we had and if we forgot to ask a question at our appointment he was always more than happy to take a phone call. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough!

Mark's confidence in what he does was so reassuring to me. Not only was my experience with Mark amazing but his two receptionist Kirsty and Ros were two of the most beautiful women and they always answered the phone with a smile, you can hear it in their voice. The three of them combined made us feel like we were also part of their family. He is a fantastic doctor. I feel like his name is on like every second door at Cabrini Malvern too so I'm not the only one who would highly recommend him!

I am so happy I made the call to have Mark Petris guide me through my greatest journey to become a mum. Being a first time mum, I had no idea what to expect. Mark was always calm, responsive, smiling and easy to deal with and talk too. Exactly what I wanted and needed.

I was very calm when my delivery date arrived as I knew I was in safe hands and had nothing to worry about. Every person I dealt with, whether it be Mark, his staff or referrals to specialists for scans etc I could not fault any of their high level of experience and support.

I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Mark to any other women looking for highly experienced and friendly support throughout their pregnancy journey.

Meeting Dr.Petris was the greatest fortune for me. Pregnancy is a very happy but also lonely and anxious journey. But I was very happy during my pregnancy with Mark, feeling very confident and always being taken care of perfectly. He always cared for me and my baby with sincerity. We met my lovely first son through him in March. I'm sure my second baby will also be with Dr.Petris.

I highly recommend Dr Mark Petris and his lovely admin staff. I found Mark very responsive throughout my pregnancy whenever I had a question outside of my appointment times and felt very safe and well looked after throughout my pregnancy, birth and beyond. It was an anxiety provoking time having a baby during covid and Mark and his team did a great job helping me to stay calm through my pregnancy. Thank you!

Very caring, great bedside manner and made me feel very comfortable. After having multiple miscarriages under the care of another provider I finally felt heard with Dr Petris. His recommendations of treatment were spot on and resulted in a 2 healthy pregnancy’s.

Both my husband and I are extremely pleased to have chosen Dr Petris as our obstetrician-gynaecologist for both pregnancy’s. He is extremely approachable, is always available, and is the kindest, most-caring doctor we've met. He kept us at ease throughout our first pregnancy which was high risk so we returned for our second, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. I felt very safe under Dr Petris as he was very thorough with his assesment and recommendations for ultrasounds and medications throughout my pregnancy due to being high risk. He ran on time which was important having another young child often with me during my appointments.

As a healthcare worker it’s very important to feel all the above so can’t recommend him highly enough.

Not only does Mark look after the pregnancy , he also looks after the physical and mental well being of the Mum. No question is a problem for Mark , he is easy to talk to, very personable and caring. Dr. Mark Petris is a fantastic obstetrician and gyno and I can’t recommend him highly enough. He has always been patient and empathetic, answering all my questions. Mark provides an excellent standard of care and has always put me at ease during consultations.

During what was a stressful event for a first time mum and dad, Mark was able to use keep us cool and calm. He explained what was happening at every stage in a manner we could understand. We had complete faith in Mark. After a successful C-section we have a beautiful boy and we couldn't be happier. We couldn't recommend Mark Petris any higher and thank him from the bottom of our hearts for all he did for us.
