Fortunately on one of my last visits with my son, a reception team member told me that I should always call if my 2 year old son is unwell as they will always make time for very young children, regardless of the availability on the HotDoc booking system. Thank goodness she did tell me! My son was breathing very heavily, so I called and was told to come in. With a very busy waiting room, they saw my son quickly… and Dr Maneer decided to call an ambulance. While we waited, Dr Maneer continued to care and treat my son, the reception team and the nurses all looked after us very well, checking in often. I am so grateful to them all. The situation could have become much worse and they all supported us with compassion and care.

Having recently been discharged from hospital after bowel cancer surgery I attended WMC for an appointment with Dr Saka for a follow up meeting. Dr Saka immediately identified that the wound was infected & without hesitation directed me to immediately present back at hospital for a review. Upon review by the Austin they confirmed a nasty infection that saw me readmitted & additionally they noted that the prompt action by my GP ensured the infection was caught in time & was now manageable. I have since returned to WMC on several occasions since discharge for follow up treatment & found both the reception staff to be empathetic & caring & Dr Saka to be very efficient, professional & concerned. I would like to thank the staff & Dr Saka for their attention & support. I would not hesitate in recommending WMC & Dr Saka for medical treatment.

PLEASE NOTE: THE FIVE STARS ARE FOR DR. HANS SURYA and the other doctors, NOT FOR THE RUDE, ARROGANT, UNPROFESSIONAL RECEPTIONISTS who do not have a clue about customer service. I only go to this clinic because of the doctors. If they were only half as good, I would never go anywhere near this clinic because of the rude receptionists- all of them. I don’t know who they think they are, they have no manners and do not deserve to work for those great doctors. They do not own up to their mistake, condescending, quite abrupt and they hang up on you. I work in customer service and their attitude would get them sacked in no time if they worked in my company. They give the clinic a very bad name. Shame on you women, you have no class- you are no ladies at all.

Dr. Hans is easily the most educated and highly qualified G.P. that I have ever seen. He didn't get his GP status out of a "Cereal box" like almost all of the new G.P. these days. Dr. Hans did the requirements of a G.P before they changed the standards for becoming a G.P. Meaning that he did the Remote Emergency Department placement. In the middle of the outback for 12 months. Then, a local 12-month emergency medical department placement in the city. Dr Hans is a highly intelligent and highly qualified Doctor who treats you as an actual person. He has always looked out for what's best for my medical conditions. Rather than just going along with the "Science"! The clinic receptionists that people speak about in past reviews are true also. The receptionists have treated me with all the mask garbage also. Just get to know your constitutional Law a little bit if you can before heading into the clinic. I was also talked to rudely by the receptionists about not mask wearing, etc. I just sent them a little letter outlining that it's actually "illegal" to ask for my medical exemptions, etc. I am ex Royal Australian Navy, so I know a little bit about my constitutional law. Besides that absolute joke for a little while, it is an absolute great place to see my G.P.

The super short lady that works at the reception desk was so kind and understanding. I will definitely be coming back with the positive service she provided. Actually made me feel like a human instead of a number.
I can’t quite remember her name, I think it might have been Harley? But very lovely.

This clinic has been performing fantastically during the pandemic.

I have personally seen irate, disgruntled, aggressive and almost physically violent “patients” who refused to wear a mask or show vaccination status, and the receptionists and doctors have all handled these matters professionally even when getting yelled at. Sometimes those patients scare me.

Muneer saw me for my vaccination, the process was swift, the nurse doing the injections was careful, mindful and respectful when i mentioned my anxieties. The receptionists always do their best to fit me in, or give me the next best time.

It shocks me that people come in and are inconsiderate of others medical woes in favor of ignoring government regulations. Its not hard to check in, and it is a legal issue if you dont! The person below me saying it the vax does nothing is so wrong. It kept me out of HOSPITAL when i got sick, i have health issues that, if i wasnt vaxxed and prepared for, covid could have done serious damage to me. And the one even further down saying its illegal to ask for your status, is factually incorrect. What the heck?

At my work, i could get fined $10k and shut down if i DONT ask for vax check and mask wearing.

I cant imagine how strict it is for a clinic, where people who have canceror are immunocompromised have to sit and wait in a confined building.

Medical staff have been seriously given the short end of the stick in the name of helping people. They do a great job, and whittlesea medical clinic in church street is doing just fine.

Thorough. Which is what you want. We moved here 2.5 years ago and am really happy with the service. Reception really helpful with rebates. Nurses for bloods, etc. are brilliant and patient with me and my children. Excellent xray and scanning service very close and very fast - usually the same day with minimal wait time.

This has been our family medical centre for nearly 20 years now. There is a good assortment of Doctors of male/female and ages. The reception staff are lovely. This clinic has been awesome to my family and they are great with kids.

Appointments are like hens teeth!
I've been coming here for 50 years but I'm always trying to get an appointment here!
They tell you to stick to a doctor but if you need yours urgently your told to wait days!

Receptionist should be sacked, just plain right rude, thinks she is a doctor. Shouldn't be greeting people

The doctor was brilliant (5 stars). Unfortunately the office staff let the clinic down. Receptionist was not very welcoming, was extremely rude and we felt like an inconvenience to be using the practise.

Receptionist at main phone and Officious Office Manager let this Clinic's reputation down badly.

I've been going there for 17 years and will not be diagnosed by a non-medical trained Receptionist, who has been there since I first started attending, providing what she thinks is an adequate treatment for a patient's ailment, as I have heard her do on several occasions, and she is very rude face-to-face.

The Office Manager is an Officious little big woman, who is in breach of the Health Department's rules, in relation to mask exemptions with official notification of same, by telling me and others, "no mask, no service" and, she is also very rude.

I won't see one or two of the Doctors but the rest are good when you can get an appointment.
