Pretty shocking customer service. Especially the old lady pharmacist with the glasses, no name tag of course.

Not the greatest experience on the times I've been there. Unfriendly staff, especially the chemist. Quite expensive. Haven't used the medical center so cannot say about this. Big range of products though. Very large store.

January the 13th went to pick up my prescription and the Female assistant over the chemist counter called my name and start explaining my medication this with high voice .Ive find that very unprofessional and uncomfortable to me. customers can heard all about other customer medical problems and issues.
Please change your service and have training how to present and talk with customers

It would be good to get all the staff at this pharmacy from the head pharmacist all the way to sales people to maybe take a course in customer service.

Everyone there is always in a horrible mood, not approachable and never smile.

‘Quality’ pharmacy where the customer service is anything but.

I went to get a box of an antibiotic for my partner, after 20 min waiting my medicine was ready which I realised was not the same medication the doctor prescribed , when I rang another pharmacy in the same Plaza they advised it is a cheaper version of the original ( they didn't even ask me if I am happy with it or not ). what was shocking is that the price they charged me was 3 times the price you can get from the other pharmacy in the same shopping centre. WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN

Friendly staff, however I paid $19 for a monthly prescription that usually costs me between $6 and $8 (and this was their brand, not even the brand on the script). Another item I wanted to purchase was $32, and I usually pay between $18-$22 at other chemists. No justification as to why it's so expensive. Will not shop here again.

Yesterday we Walked past lady out front trying to get people to by perfume very pushy to get a sale and told my 80 year old nan we wouldn’t find a better price anywhere for chanel got to counter and I googled chemist warehouses price thay were $40 cheaper and only a 4 minute walk away up the other end of shopping centre when told lady it was cheaper there she said chemist warehouse don’t sell authentic perfume. Won’t be back there again nice young happy girls work at chemist warehouse not grumpy ones like at quality pharmacy

Do not buy your meds from here. They will charge you double for the generic brand when you can get the real thing for half the price at pharmacy select. They charge the highest amount aloud for each medication by the government where as other pharmaceuticals charge the lowest amount aloud by the government. Very disappointing They don't even price match. Do not shop here

Went in to get Telfast tablets. Asian lady kept forcing me to get generic brand even though I kept saying I'll keep to my regular ones. So I agreed to get the generic brand. THEN she began forcing me to get the bigger packet. Not going there again. They only care about their sales.

I asked for the price before she processed my prescription the sales person was upset I had the nerve to do so. Then tried to charge me double the price. Rip off centre. Avoid at all costs. Very unfriendly staff. Last thing u need to put up with. Wont go back again.

Very arrogant charged me more when clearly marked pensioner my God I hope they know what they are doing. Also their products 2-3 times more expensive than other pharmacies elsewhere I no longer under any circumstance will go there
