Swansea Road Clinic

I started seeing Dr. Yeo a few years ago, and he is still one of the many great Doctors who has seen me through some very difficult and complicated issues. I also highly recommend Dr. Yashar, Dr. Carliss, and Dr. Sanji. The staff have always been very helpful as well.

Nothing but good things to say about this clinic, so glad there is quality health in the outer suburbs. Dr Yeo is a wonderful doctor, patient, knowledgeable and attentive, thanks for the great care

Very helpful clinic and good doctors

My dealings with this clinic have been brief but the ‘service’ I received has driven me to write this review.
I have seen Dr Michael Yeo previously when he worked in Richmond and was quite happy with the outcome. He is no longer available at the clinic I saw him at before and to see him again I had to drive for an hour and twenty minutes. I had an 8am appointment which I had booked in a month prior. Upon arrival I was told that the doctor isn’t in today, “but we’ve been calling you all week to notify you.”
Upon checking my phone, which I showed to the receptionist, I had two missed calls from a blocked number and no voicemails. So, called me during work hours with no way for me to return the call.
I really wish there was prescient to be able to charge incompetent businesses such as this for my wasted time. I was then stuck in rush hour traffic, of course and the whole fruitless exercise has taken me over 3 hours. Bearing in mind I now have to wait over a month to get another appointment somewhere more professional.

I do hope that someone from the clinic actually reads this and takes on board the feedback that everyone’s time is precious and just because you charge $150 a consultation, it doesn’t make your time more valuable. You are still a service provider- when you actually choose to provide said services that is...

Do yourself a favour and don’t come here for blood tests. 5 people took over 2 hours to get done. Their pathology people must literally be sloths.
