Couldn’t recommend this venue enough! The communication leading up to the event was perfect. Genevieve was so lovely and easy to deal with! Definitely made the whole party planning experience much easier. The girls who worked on the night were also so friendly and accommodating! If I ever host another event I’ll definitely be back. Thanks everyone for an amazing experience! ❤

Great from start to finish. The support in working through the many options for our sons 21st birthday was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Leading up to the event, the communication was perfect. On the night, the atmosphere was great, the technology worked seamlessly, the food was delicious and the staff were friendly and responsive - again, nothing was too much trouble. Most importantly, the birthday boy and guests had a ball. Thanks to Deanne and the entire team.

We planned a wake for my father. genevie was so good to talk too, she gave me the right advice and always communicated with me and that made me very comfortable and confident our day would go well. The room was so spacious with a beautiful view, the friendliness and service from the staff was awesome, plenty of food, and all the guests were so happy it was excellent. I Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone to have a party there. My experience 10 out of 10. Well done all involved.

This venue was brilliant for our end of year festive celebration - clean, modern and the bar & catering staff on the night were all fantastic. We had a great night with dancing and a live band, and all the AV equipment worked perfectly. The canapes, main course and desserts were all beautiful, and great value. Thanks Deanne and the whole team.

Genevive and the team were absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond for our wedding! The set up was beautiful and everyone commented on how lovely the venue was. In the lead up to the big day all my questions and concerns were answered so quickly and sorted out, Genevieve was so accommodating and on the day Bek and Gabby were absolutely legends, the event ran so smoothly! I couldn’t have asked for a better day or a better group of people to run the event! I cannot recommend Chirnsides any higher! I can’t wait to host many more events there!

Dear Deanne and staff at Chirnsides. We held the Westbourne Grammarians coterie function on Friday. It’s a great room and very adaptable for different guest numbers. Audio visual is outstanding with 4 large screens. Bar staff were extremely pleasant and proactive. Food was great. Deanne your assistance in the planning was greatly appreciated. We look forward to seeing you again

Held my 21st here and can highly recommend! The team was so kind, helpful and accommodating, especially for those with dietary requirements. The venue was beautiful. The food was great. I couldn’t think of one negative thing if I tried! They took so much stress out of the preparation. They offer great facilities and options for the night and had everything floorplanned early and set up when we arrived.

This was the perfect venue for a 60th birthday party. It had everything we needed. The huge windows overlooking the grounds were a wonderful backdrop. The food was excellent and the service swift and friendly. The dance floor was put to good use! Highly recommended.

My family and I were fortunate to attend the President's Luncheon hosted by the Werribee Tigers, last weekend. The event was at Chirnsides by the River. This facility is a fabulous display of hard work by the Werribee Football Club. The view over the ground made it warm and comfortable to watch the Tigers bring home another win, in wintery conditions. I would also like to compliment the caterers on the luncheon. Food was delicious as was the table service. Good job all round.

We held our engagement party here and right from the start, through to the end everything was handled so well and professionally. The food was great too and everyone said what a great venue it was. Not many nice venues in the area that can cater for that amount of guests, but Chirnsides by the River definitely can.

We’ll be back hosting another event in the future I’m sure!

Deanne and her team are fantastic! They set up everything you need and want for your party and don't pressure you in any way. I booked a half room which opened up to the verandah which gave my guests a really nice view and nice natural lighting coming in. Food was amazing, everything was set up and packed up for me so didn't have to worry. Stress free day for me! :) thank you heaps!!

Extremely professional team to deal with whom always ensure a high level of service from catering and staff to event set up. The recently renovated function space is modern and the glass window feature looking out onto the football field elevates the experience. I would highly recommend this function space for anyone wanting to host their event.

Held our annual presentation night here and Deanne and her team are very accommodating and easy to work with. It was a great night and have already booked for next year! Definitely recommend this venue.

Chirnsides by the River recently hosted our mid season ball for the Point Cook Centrals Football Club. The venue was fantastic for the 140 attendees and the staff led by Deanne were exceptional. We had a great night and would highly recommend the venue.

Deanne the Venue Manager is a delight to deal with - she was great with us and made the planning of our Xmas party so easy. The food was great and the staffed worked really hard all night to make the event a success.

Chirnsides by the River is without doubt Wyndham's premier function venue. We have been using it for all our events and people consistently comment on how beautiful the space is. Deanne is super helpful making whatever function you are planning a breeze. Check it out it will not disappoint.

Great facilities providing a NRL Harmony Festival providing space to host VIP area, cultural dances and changing areas for teams to play Rugby League.
Very helpful Staff whom assisted with all our needs.
Great day had by over 1500 people in attendance from players, volunteers and public.
