Ask for Cameron! Rating 5 stars based on his help alone. We went here twice to select gifts for friends and Cameron was an incredible help. Extremely knowledgeable. His suggestions were spot on - our friends loved their gifts! The other staff are also very friendly and helpful.

Many thanks to the Manager and his offsides who only this morning helped me with my Carton of Fat Yak when I tripped going out the front exit and managed to only break 10 or 12 bottles- came straight to the rescue, cleaned up and insisted on a replacement carton.

Great customer service, one member of staff saw we had a bit too much to carry, stopped what he was doing, went and got a trolley and took us to a till and opened up and served us.

Wonderful experience And great service! I was in need of guidance choosing a wine for a gift, and after hearing what the gift-y usually likes, Shogo was extremely helpful in pointing out a few different options across a range of styles. He also recommended some foods that pair well with certain options. I'm sure I would have spent an hour in there staring at a wall if it wasn't for his help. Thanks!

We stopped in on our way through town and were absolutely blown away by the exceptional customer service! Literally the loveliest bottle shop in all of Townsville, every single staff member is equally friendly and genuinely enthusiastic. Nothing is EVER too much trouble. They have a wonderful selection and are extremely knowledgeable and always happy to assist, advise and educate. Thank you, it really is so lovely and rare to visit a store in which you know you will always have an exceptionally pleasant experience.

Great staff and great service

It's the place I get yummy alcohol. Doesn't hurt to be a member there and pick up some good bargains sometimes. This store makes being a weekend booze hound feel classy.
