Awesome service. Brought my bike in 30minutes before closing, after I finished work, and they sorted out my bent derailleur there and then. Friendly, informative service. Great pricing and a no troubles attitude. Recommend!

Giant Rockhampton is a great bike shop and I had the best experience with their team. The men I dealt with were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and the shop had everything I needed to get my bike (and my sons) back on the trails. The team at the store went above and beyond to look after me. Driving over to my hotel with a box so I could pack my bike up for the flight after taking part in the Race to the Rock 2023 event. Joel at Giant did a solid and helped me out by doing a warranty front triangle swap on my bike which wasn't a Giant, this helped me out heaps because I didn't have to send the bike all the way back to the dealer I got it from.

Bike came back as good as the first day I bought it.

The blokes in-store are very knowledgeable. I bought the perfect bike for myself thanks to their quality service. I also love that they're local boys who went to school with my older siblings. I totally recommend this service, especially a beginner rider such as myself. I was able to learn alot already from these top blokes, they have all the information you need.

Giant Rockhampton has always provided the best service. Always serviced my old trance and now my new anthem. In the past they have helped me fix my daughter's wheelchair on really short notice for a school cross country race. Joel, Glen, Anthony and Stu are all always helpful.

The boys at Giant are always happy to help any customers regardless of bike brand choice. I drive 40 mins each way when I need something done to my bikes. Workmanship is always of the highest quality, and turn around times are great.

Awesome experience with Giant Rockhampton, dropped in and hired a couple of mtb's (x1 ebike and x1 analogue ) and spent the day exploring the first turkey trails. The guys were super helpful and knowledgeable about the trails. Really well priced bike hire as well. Would 100% go there again. Thanks fellas!
