Lovely meal with beautiful food and entertaining ‘train delivery’ service. Pork belly nigiri was melt in mouth deliciousness. Very good value for top quality food and presentation. Thank you for a lovely experience!

We had a lunch at Kosaten. The experience was so cool, with our orders coming straight out of the kitchen on a conveyor belt (a Japanese taste of tech & fun).
We ordered different dishes and desserts they all blew us away. Each one was unique in shape/design and delicious in taste.
The Japanese Fried Chicken & Marinate Lamb Cutlet are highly recommended. The Volcano Sushi Roll was amazing in taste and design. Do not miss the delicious Green Tea Tiramisu & Panna Cotta Matcha Ice Cream desserts.
We will definitely be going back and recommend it strongly for anyone who likes great Japanese food and a cool experience.

Yummy, the matcha tiramisu was mostly cream and 10% cake. Would like more cake in that. Otherwise yummy yum yum!!!

Beautifully decorated throughout, very modern, professional and upmarket feel. Absolutely loved the trainlike delivery and pickup, what a fabulous idea! Loved our quaint little room (only inches bigger than our table, and bench seats), cute undertable lighting, jacket hooks, very private where we were seated. Delicious meals, order from extensive menu with photos, or standard written menu, on ipads assigned to your table (2 on our table of 6), and item is delivered by trainlike thing in no time at all, and you press return on ipad to send it back, whether you load it with empty plates etc or not!! Great set up, entertaining delivery! 👏 NO shared payment upon leaving, although pay ID makes this quite simple in this day and age. Great food, mostly reasonably priced, lots to choose from, wonderful food presentation. Lovely staff and great service, although everything done by the trainlike delivery system!

Had tried all the expensive oysters places in town but nothing compare to what I had here. So impressed no idea where they source their seafood they are the hidden gems. I don’t live here so gladly left my 5 star review. Sorry local folks.

OMG! What a brilliant Japenese restaurant. It has a train deliver your food when you order it, It's a nice change to having all food being delivered at once. Such a large variety of entrees, meals, and drinks to choose from. Complimentary to the chef(s). The food is cooked to perfection and the presentation brilliant.

I really love this restaurant. Food comes fast. Love the rolls, the fried prawns which reminds me of Brazil. Staff is friendly. Everything looks so clean. There are lots of options, all kinds of meat. Great place to go with friends, super dynamic and neat. Should out to the lamb.

Fresh and quality food, ordered by iPad, and served by magnetic train - It works. The ambiance in the back is reasonably intimate while the bar tables feel genuinely Japanese.

Hands down one of the best Japanese food we had in Tasmania! And a bit of fun - Everything here is autonomous. You order from a tablet and the food will be delivered to you on a “conveyor belt”.

An unassuming shop front stows away a skilled mechanical black sushi train snake with installed ipads that serves its customers. We were greeted by charming staff who put us in quickly without bookings on the final call. We had the aburi crab, aburi salmon, salmon sashimi, spicy tuna roll, beef with asparagus and green tea tiramisu. The food was fresh, tasty, aesthetic and quick. We were also pleasantly surprised by the price point. When we filled our stomachs we had a chance to admire the black, minimal and classy Japanese decor paired with clever use of patterned light projectors. It is definitely a venue that caters to individuals, couples, families and small functions.

Nice ambience, great service, yummy food, reasonable price. Would definitely recommend this establishment for anyone who's looking for some good Japanese food.

Great dining experience and menu selection. A bit more upperclass then generic sushi train with a price that matches but overall decent value.

Loved my date night out with my man. The staff were wonderful the food fantastic and all in all a great night. Loved the miso, always love starting with a miso. I enjoyed the Soba noodles, softshell crab and the chicken the most. Would probably have the king fish sashimi next time. Thanks a lot we will definitely be back xx

The staff here are very friendly, we arrived twenty minutes to closing and the bloke still sat us at a table with a smile and an aura of kindness.Our food came immediately fresh on the novel train and tasted scrumptious. The taste and texture of the chicken teriyaki was to die for. I definitely recommend this for a quick and easy lunch that leaves you satisfied and full for the rest of the day.
