Executive Retreats - Luxury Accommodation in Port Douglas and Cairns

We have just returned home from our most AMAZING holiday in Port Douglas with Executive Retreats and would just like to thank Wendy and all the staff from Executive Retreats for helping us with basically everything from booking our tours, restaurant recommendations and most importantly our stunning accommodation. We have had such a wonderful holiday, thanks again Wendy and we our already planning our next visit!

Had an amazing experience with Executive Retreats, who made our much needed holiday better than we anticipated. You had no availability for our entire 2 weeks but suggested splitting our holiday between the Beach Villa at Newell and Mali Mali. A beach front villa on an almost untouched beach and then a rainforest retreat with insane views of the ocean and mountains - both allowing my beautiful pups to come along! Thanks for the great communication and quick assistance when needed Executive Retreats, especially when I couldn’t figure out using the oven, we will certainly be back :)

Our stay at Beach Break 2 was incredible! Possibly one of the most stylish apartments in Port Douglas, it is light and spacious and has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay. The bathroom has a double basin with fabulous lights for makeup. The bed was so comfortable and we had a restful nights sleep. The kitchen has all you need, including a Nespresso machine and ice maker in the refrigerator.
The location is amazing, a very short walk to the pool and barbeque area and about 50 metres from the beach. You can park your car here and walk everywhere in Port Douglas as it is also a very short walk to the main street, Macrossan St. We enjoyed our mornings having coffee on the terrace overlooking the beautiful tropical garden.
I cannot recommend Beach Break 2 enough and can highly recommend! Our travelling companions stayed in Beach Break 1 and their apartment was also gorgeous. It was so great to be able to stay close by with friends, with all the privacy and comfort you could ever need. We can't wait to return sometime again soon!

I recently enjoyed a week at Mali Mali with my wife and 3 children. It was a wonderful experience and we had a truly lovely stay. The house was well presented and an accurate reflection of the photos and description. The team at Executive Retreats were on hand to assist as required and the process was completed seamless. The pool and view was magnificent and the house was well appointed. The tennis court was well maintained and the surroundings were the ultimate in peace and tranquility. We truly had a wonderful time and will be back! Thank you for a lovely stay!

We had a great weeks stay in Port Douglas on very short notice after we were heading to Dinner Plain in Victoria when the borders were closed. After a quick search of the local availability we chose “Oswego” in Barrier Street. Mainly for the 4 en-suited bedrooms and general “tropical” feel.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend it to anyone looking for a great retreat. All the staff were wonderful from booking to arrival.

You won’t be disappointed with this company Executive Retreats or this particularly wonderful property we stayed.

This is the second time we have stayed at Harmony House and have enjoyed it very much both times. The location is quiet and peaceful - the views out over the golf course to the hills in the late afternoon are fantastic. Its a large and comfortable house offering easy living and walking access to the beach. While not close to town, the advantage is that it is a quiet place to be. The four bedrooms and 2 bathrooms offer plenty of accommodation for a couple of families or one large one. The kitchen is well stocked. A good choice and very good value for money.

This was the most amazing holiday! We absolutely loved our Sea Temple Apartment which was furnished beautifully, well maintained and very well equipped with everything we needed. The location within the resort was also prefect. We would love to return again one day and can't recommend it highly enough. Thank you to Wendy and her team for your help with our booking.

We loved our stay at The Beach Villa on Newell. It was just what we needed. So relaxing and peaceful. We loved listening to the waves and even though it was warm we got a great breeze coming through the house we didn't even need to use the air conditioning. It was really close to Mossman which has a Woolworths so you can self cater if you wanted too or there was a great little takeaway shop within walking distance. Port Douglas was only a 20 minute drive away and was also a lovely place to visit.
Wendy was very helpful and made us feel very welcome. We will definitely be back.

Had a fantastic stay at both On the Beach and Clifton Beach House. With the houses being so close to each other we were able to catch up and hang out with both groups without any issues. The houses are exactly what you expect, the pictures don’t do it justice. Everything was clean, modern and very spacious with nice little touches like Shampoo and Conditioner. If you are lucky their might even be some cold beers in the beer fridge from previous groups. Plenty of beds and large TV’s with the beach right across the road. Everything you could want for your vacation.
Loved every minute of our stay here. Would highly recommend to all my friends and we will hopefully be back very soon.

We had the most wonderful honeymoon staying at Beachfront at Surya - the Villa was 5 stars. So close to 4 Mile Beach and only a 5 minute drive to the main shopping strip. The beds were so comfortable and the Villa itself was clean, spacious and fantastic we could cook our own meals if we wanted to. Thoroughly recommend staying at this property

We recently stayed at Harmony House over the Christmas break. Large and spacious home with amazing views. Excellent outdoor area with a generous sized lap pool. We will definitely be returning. Thanks to Wendy and the team for a great stay.

Amazing landscaped block with fantastic pool area.
Unit was extremely well presented and Wendy was very helpful when we accidentally locked our key inside.
Would highly recommend this unit for a relaxing family get away.

Renewell: From the moment you enter this home it will take your breath away. Located right on the beach. Originally we wanted to get married in Bali in a villa but decided to have our wedding closer to home, Renewell ticked all the boxes. I was also able to style my own wedding and use local vendors that I was familiar with. The Venue was absolutely stunning and Ideal for a tropical beach wedding. Highly recommend Executive Retreats and Wendy was easy to work with a was on hand for anything we needed which was not a lot as the house was fully equipped with all we needed.

We stayed at Shangri-La for a week and it was divine. Complete seclusion, amazing day bed, beautiful pool, lovely walks and brilliant forest surrounds.
Still able to get great coffee and food with mouth watering desserts (Beechwoods in Mossman; not a sponsored/paid review, just my opinion) 10mins drive down picturesque roads, along with a major supermarket and a bottleshop, two pubs and assorted other shops. Mossman market also good for artisan crafts & delicious local food.
This is our second booking with Executive Retreats; customer service is excellent and very prompt.
We will absolutely use this company again and definitely coming back.to Shangri-La.

Bali Hai was absolute heaven. You're completely surrounded by nature. We hosted our wedding here and we, as our guests, were blown away by the beauty of the area. Executive Retreats were amazingly hospitable and quick to help with all of our queries. Highly highly recommend. We will be back.

The house at Beachside Mirage was perfect for our family - my wife and I with young adult children. The location was great for the beach, golf and restaurants. Very spacious with great facilities made for a very relaxing holiday.

The Port Douglas Beach House was as wonderful as promised by the photos. Executive Retreats ensured it was beautifully presented and provided us with a guided tour of the house on arrival. And the information provided beforehand was extremely useful with lots of options to ensure a relaxing break.

I recently organised a girls weekend at Amale 21 through Executive Retreats. The communication was outstanding and the accommodation was just as described online and as per the photos. Such a beautiful and relaxing place to catch up with old friends. Spacious, indoor outdoor living and a pool with the private rainforest backdrop. Perfect! We would love to come back one day.
