Supercheap Auto Rockhampton

I needed a new battery for my car and have it fitted. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The gentleman that fitted my battery had a bit of a job as my old one had been damaged at some point and proved to be a challenge. I cannot Thank that gentleman enough for his time patience and hard work. My car has a new lease of life Thank you 😊

The staff were friendly and approached a very confused me. Bent over backwards to help. Enjoy my visit and got everything I needed!

Staff were very helpful and gave excellent customer service. I was very happy with the shelves I bought, price wise and easy to assemble.

All in all just a grate experience. I have never had a bad experience at Rocky suppercheap and the products have not failed me.

Excellent service from experienced staff member

Needed assistance to find a particular product, I asked a staff member and he took me straight to it, also explained it's use. Friendly helpful and they had what I needed.

Walked in at 8.30 am, needed new motorhome wiper units. The lady was already busy, but she juggled jobs, identified the right configuration for Fiat Ducato, and fitted them on the spot. She also showed me how to fit them securely for next time! Great advice, service and attitude at SCA Rockhampton. John Hall.

Great products and service

Was in there to buy paint. I have read the reviews for this store about how service was lacking or unable to find someone to help. This was not my experience. Was approached by 3 staff members and asked if I am finding everything I need. The store was extremely busy at the time. I have also been in there at other times where it has been busy and staff were difficult to find as they were with other customers. I asked at the front desk and a employee was called. I waited patiently and was served.
This store is a lot more friendly than other stores as they will help you out to your car with items and offer a fitting service for certain items.
Very impressed with this store considering how busy they get.

I ordered parts online and didn't notice that the store the parts were to be picked up from were 500 klms away. I rang the national number and asked to change the pick up store. The lady that answered my call (Violet) was charming and very helpful. The pick up store was changed and the parts were delivered the next day. Nathan from the Rockhampton store noticed that a seal and gasket that I ordered separately were enclosed in the box with the water pump I ordered and asked if I would like the price of the seal and gasket credited to my account. You won't get much better service than that, well done to all involved, thank you.

The main reason was the employee I dealt with, Ange. She had a great knowledge base, could relate to my needs and went out of her way to solve some challenges for me.

The gentleman that helped us was super helpful and very friendly...we will be back.😊
