Grand Hotel Mt Morgan

Spent a few days at Mount Morgan, had their delicious pizzas on Monday night then had lunch there on Tuesday. Great service and our meals were cooked to perfection. Lovely friendly staff .... thank you, we will definitely back

Food is amazing, I've only ever had one bad meal here and the staff replaced it with another.
Rooms are nice and clean, they probably could benefit from a microwave.
Place is dead centre of town.
Try the food as the parmi was huge and lovely to eat.

Wow.... had a great lunch with family on our visit to Mt Morgan. Recommended to all, very talented chef, quick and friendly service. Better than your standard pub menu. Time your trip to Mt Morgan to have lunch or dinner. You'll be very satisfied.

Plenty of parking. Establishment clean and well presented. Lunch of the day, chicken parmigiana was large and well presented. Too much for one person. Beer was cold.

Bar staff were so friendly and informative, check in was a breeze. Also enjoyed a great meal for a bargain price. Rooms were clean and cozy, and such a super comfy bed. Will 100% stay when I pass through again, totally worth the short drive from Rocky for the peace, quiet and that true hotel/pub feel. Thanks Grand Hotel, very happy camper 😁

Update since last visit, new owners. Make were very good, cooked as requested, 3 meals ordered, all very nice.

Thanks for hosting us at an epic Mt Morgan Mayday weekend and reunion. Everything about the Grand was welcoming, professional, clean and just so well run. Staying there for 3 nights in such comfortable surroundings with a hot shower and great menu to end and start the day was a joy - thanks again

Best pub meal I've had in years. Wasn't expensive at all and Sue added Garlic sauce even though was super busy. Highly recommended. Service was fantastic from all staff

Clean fresh air-conditioned room which opened out to beautiful breeze on the verandah. Staff were lovely and friendly and very helpful and had a great steak for dinner. Thankyou guys great value at $80 twin share.

Cute litlle pub on the main road! It has great weekly specials! We went there on a Monday and they had $10 dollar 12 inch Pizzas and they were absolutely delicious!! Would love to go again should we pass by!

I have just had the BEST CAESAR SALAD I have ever had. It was just sooo tasty, very well presented, just sooo delicious. Highly recommended. 👍

Haven’t been here in for about 20 years. Great to find an old pub that still holds its old world feel. The accommodation was all new and modern tucked in upstairs. Pleased I made the detour

Fantastic, $10 lunch, lots of cheap lunch options and was a great, quality serve.

Beer well priced, environment is lovely, air con and old charm.

Will visit again.

A spacious and inviting room with balcony access upstairs, along with delicious food and friendly staff below. Plenty of amenities and comfortable beds, too. An excellent value for money!

Good pub only one to go to up here but the meatlover pizzas need more BBQ sauce because I can't eat it until I put more on at home because it needs the extra sugar to even it all out in my opinion. :-)

Mount Morgan Motel was an excellent stop that provided us with all the services for an overnight stay. We arrived late and the staff were happy to accomodate this (we called them) However, they had not checked their computer system and we were not assigned a room; luckily, this was sorted quickly and we were given Room 1.

Room 1 looks recently renovated and was spacious enough for a family of three. In the room there is a double bed and a single bed. The room also contained a small kitchenette. The ensuite is detached from the room and is across the hallways, this contained a shower, toilet and sink. The rooms also come with a shared balcony that looks over the historic centre of town.

The bar below serves drinks up until late and have a few poker machines. At closing the bar is locked for your security and you are given a key to enter and exit.

Our group had Father's lunch here we can say how great the meal was with such friendly staff thank you
