Frank, Matthew and the Team at Caloundra City Auto were amazing. Our new car purchase was big for us after 9 years of the same car and they just made it easy. Everything was much quicker than expected and we got our new car with all its extras in 10 days which was amazing. Can't fault them!

We are so pleased with our new car. David was so easy to deal with. A very friendly and professional person who put no pressure on us whatsoever in the sale of the car. From the moment I spoke to Frank on the phone to the final delivery of the vehicle was seamless. Nothing was a trouble and buying a car through Caloundra City Auto was an easy process. Even with a small hiccup of delivery day which was sorted quickly nothing was too difficult to sort out.

Helpful and friendly service. I called to book a test drive a day in advance. Empathetic towards my traveling over 2 hours to get there for a morning test drive, Frank and the team worked hard to complete my purchase and trade in on the same day. It was an amazing effort and much appreciated. For anyone reading, do note that it is apparently not common to get the car on the same day as the test drive. I simply mention the story to highlight how hard the team worked for my specific situation and I’m sure they will put in such effort to help you out where possible.

This year I found the staff understanding and able to provide informed feedback in relation to the servicing of my car. I felt heard when I raised my concerns about (and dislike of) upselling. I believe that upselling casts a poor light on the competence and expertise of technicians who are able to provide advice as necessary. I was happy to find that this year’s service did not include a phone call indicating that the caller “had been asked” to contact me about having a procedure done - asking “whether I wanted this to occur” . My 2023 service was conducted professionally and in direct contrast to my experience in 2022.
