Oak & Vine Sunshine Coast

We stayed here 5, and 2 years ago before returning again in December 23’.

The family has noticed that the food and service have improved time and again since our last stays, and the grounds have been kept tidier and had a fresh coat of paint!

The service at the oak & vine has been on point, and we’ve had breakfast lunch and dinner now and all have been excellent.

The service there has been great with all the staff feeling personable and friendly.

Tony, I think his name was (older Asian bloke) was lovely and so helpful, set up a table at short notice and did so whilst being friendly and jovial.

If you’re looking for somewhere to stay with the family with food and beverages covered, look no further!

Food and service was really good. Staff was very accomodating and very professional. Inside of the restaurant was clean and looks pleasant.

TLDR: cheap buffet that exceeds expectations.

We've just checked into the Oaks Resort, we're tired and not keen on travelling too far for dinner or cooking. So the on-site restaurant it is. Buffet? Sure, why not. Keep our expectations low...

But wow! The thing about a buffet is that there is usually about a third to half the dishes you try only once and not again. This buffets selection is limited, keeping the price ($28/person) low, but each dish is superb. This evening the selection included slow braised beef ribs, creamy white wine seafood pasta, herb crumed snapper fillets with lime aioli, pork scallops with garlic and white wine sauce... And all of it was great! Well done, we'll be back!

Even though this restaurant is a family style restaurant it certainly does not disappoint in the food! Our dinner was seriously 5 star quality! We had the Salmon which was absolutely devine, the Surf and Turf which was cooked to perfection and super tasty and the kids Nuggets which had the yummiest chips! Well done to the Chefs and a big thank you! Tim our waiter was very efficient and the right amount of friendly and professional. Tim looked after us for Breakfast each day too and again was amazing! We learnt it was only his 4th shift, he is a very hard worker and so welcoming. Thanks team, well done to you all!

Wikid feed. Good price. Top service. and Ice cold beer. It was good that the kids menu was able to be a colouring page to keep the kids occupied till the food arrived.

Very fast service, polite and efficient staff. Despite being busy, we never had to wait. Food was amazing! The bar staff were friendly but professional. Great management. Thank you all for a wonderful time!

It is lovely and relaxing resorts. Kids are having so much fun. The bar by the poolside is plus. Happy hours from 4pm to 5pm. Tony, the restaurant manager is very friendly and helpful. I can't get enough of the Expresso martini. Thanks again Tony, from the lady who received martini in the plastic cup, then you made the next one in the martini glass. It was a great service.

Beautiful food, far exceeding any pub meal I’ve had. Staff were friendly and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.

We stayed there during Australia day holiday period, we really enjoyed our breakfast sessions at there ,great service, especially bar stuff was excellent, very helpful and cheerful.,especially bar lady who served us was so great.

We loved the food and so did the kids,great size and price. We also ordered for our room and asked for alternative changes to some orders and they were perfect and very helpful :) we will be back

Had some mocktails and enjoyed the view out over their little pond, very nice, some big fish, fat eels and awkward clumsy water hens entertained us, food menu looked interesting enough for another time :)

We went two nights in a row and ordered the same thing, it was so good. I had the Chicken breast pocketed with prawns, brie and spinach, served on a sweet potato rosti with a dill buerre blanc and wilted greens. The flavour combination was amazing! My husband had the wagyu rump steak, and it was perfect. We shared the chocolate fondant on the second night, absolutely delicious.

The dinner buffet was very good. The steak and fish were cooked well, and the buffet foods were great, there was a full selection of freshly made vegetables and salads, even though the weekend was very quiet. It was a shame seeing so much delicious food not being eaten! Great dining experience and saves a walk into town.

Fantastic service Tim's customer service was great. Food was great.

Thankyou for a wonderful lunch shared with 18 of my family and friends to celebrate my 80th birthday.
Everyone commented on the excellent quality of their meals and the service received.
I would highly recommend this restaurant ..set in beautiful surroundings for either your special function or just an enjoyable meal.
