BMS Mitre 10

Probably the best customer service/atmosphere and help we've had from a hardware store. We do alot of work so we do alot of shopping for different bits and pieces.
But I am very pregnant and the staff (I think his name was Andrew) went above and beyond- got me a chair and put it in front if the fans so I could sit while hubby did his thing.
Left thinking we will never shop anywhere else if we can help it.

Always someone to help, and they have what I need. It's rare to get this level of service nowadays. I always find it's better priced than the local competitor, which is another win for me!!

Best hardware experience I have ever had. Since moving here 12 months ago I shopped at bunnings. The service there is terrible. I switched to mitre 10 Ruthven street, best decision ever. The staff are always on hand to help and go above and beyond. I will never shop anywhere else from now on. Well done to the staff.

A great alternative to bunnings, stocks many different products you won't find at bunnings, often higher quality too. Staff are very helpful, I highly recommend.

Terrific customer service! Today I dropped in quickly to get some potting mix, the guy carried it all the way up the block for me as I hadn't parked in-store.

They're always willing to help me find what I'm looking for and give advice. They come up and ask if I need a hand without me having to go looking.

As it's not a huge warehouse it's easy to find things quickly.

Easy parking, and fantastic customer service. I needed a cat trap for my wayward cat, so I phoned up and had a long chat to a super helpful guy, and when I came in he was the same person who served me and remembered everything we'd talked about. I've often come in with weird problems, and if they haven't come up with a solution, they've often given me a suggestion for where I might go next.

If you want one-on-one attention for your hardware shopping list, this is the place to go. Just one sales assistant will help find those particular items without having to re-direct you. You pay a bit more for peace of mind.

Customer service is excellent everytime I go there for stuff the staff direct you and take you to where your stuff is and have always answered all questions. Alot better than there opposition.

First rate hardware store. If you are a tradie or you just want to repaint a room any of the local Mitre 10 stores can help you out with a wide range of hardware items and excellent advice.

Good range of agricultural supplies and hardware and gardening supplies for any situations where you're missing something they also stock a lot of pet and livestock products and have a dog wash. Larger items such as pine planks and water tanks are stored adjacent. You can get house keys cut here.

I think that I might be like a lot of other people. I know that Bunnings across the street probably has what I'm looking for, in multiple brands and at lower prices, but in my mind going to Bunnings is a bigger commitment of time and effort. BMS Mitre 10 is smaller, so they don't have space for all the brands, but the range is adequate, the prices reasonable, and the store layout easy to navigate. The big strength of BMS is the helpfulness of the staff. They save me so much time and uncertainty.

I went to mitre ten for the first time I was surprised how big there store is the staff are friendly and helpful they have so much to look at they have everything for everyone needs I give them a five star rating it is a store I would go back to and it is fantastic they have got there own parking area maryellen
