Awesome cafe in Townsville! We had brekky and a Vietnamese coffee. The coffee could have been stronger but I understand it might not be for everyone. The croissant Benedict was decedent and the eggs were perfect.

What a great place to eat, we totally loved the Açai snickers bowl. The smoothies were great too. Portion sizes are really big. Staff very friendly and atmosphere bright and energising.

Atmosphere, on point! Service, helpful and very positive (excellent vibe). The food range caters for everyone! Smoothie range and change of orders due to diet restrictions is never questioned and welcomed! Absolute 5 stars +

The food was absolutely incredible— I had the avocado toast (single portion)with halloumi cheese, and one hard, poached, egg, green juice and an oat milk iced latte. Everything had so much flavor and was pleaded with the utmost panache.

I should also mention that the staff was helpful, kind, and cheerful ◡̈

If I weren’t a seafarer leaving this port today, I would absolutely returning ! 💛✨

I love going to the Beet Bar. One of the best cafes I ever been to and not just in Townsville. Has everything from great service, coffee and food and at atmosphere second to none. Staff are amazing and so helpful and friendly.

For all gluten free lovers!! The waffle is amazing, texture is like a mochi. Healthy and so good with coconut ice cream.

Staff is very lovely & friendly- if you are a regular they quickly remember your name and you feel like part of the family. Food is great and Sunday breakfast is fantastic but gets very busy early because if the markets! Great healthy food options & you can also order ahead in line so you don’t have to wait for your take away coffee

Absolutely love the açai bowls at The Beet Bar! They are not only delicious but also incredibly healthy. What makes it even better is the convenience of ordering online and picking up at the window. It's a fantastic option for a quick and nutritious meal. Highly recommended!

Lovely experience. Great coffee and awesome GF waffles. The ice cream on the waffles was a highlight. We were sitting outside so it was a bit hot.

What a beautiful cafe. The all white look is gorgeous and the food & coffee is really good quality. Would recommend the spicy scramble with mushrooms added.

Best meal out of our entire 5day Magnetic Island trip and it was on the mainland at Beet Bar! Easy to spot on the corner with fairy lights outside. Very gram-worthy, clean & pretty inside. So grateful of so many vegan options, thank you!!! Had the golden latte & a vegan chilli scramble (when they say chilli, it sure is on the spicy side!). Thanks for an awesome meal, would defs be back here if I get back to Townsville.

I don't venture into the city very much but this place will be my first stop every time. Amazing coffee and food along with a great atmosphere

Delicious had the detox açai and it was very good and refreshing!! Also the price of 14$ was good for what you get. I shared the big bowl with a friend and we both were full.
Also tried a shake let them know you want it without straw and lid to minimize waste. The cups are biodegradable!! 👍🏼🌿

The Beet Bar CANNOT be beat! When I'm in Townsville for work for weeks at a time, I go to the Beet Bar for coffee, breakfast, and lunch every single day. The coffee is outstanding, and the food is terrific! I especially love the corn fritters and the acai bowls. In fact, I have yet to find an acai bowl in the US as good as those dished up at the Beet Bar. The staff are amazing! They create a really joyful and happy atmosphere, and they always make me feel right at home, which is a terrific experience when you're traveling. And, the staff don't just do that for me. They really foster a welcoming environment. The Beet Bar is a truly special place!

A go to place for everything! Love my teas and coffee and mostly the desserts! 10/10 recommend!

Great lil busy coffee shop for that morning pick me up or maybe just for some yummy fresh food. Fast service heaps of seating inside and out and a staff that always serves with a smile.
