Beautiful library to study or take refuge from the heat outside. Very lovely spaces inside.

This place is great. I use it mainly as a library & to use computer to print things. I almost always need help with the latter & the staff's time & expertise is given generously & without making me feel like I'm stupid. There are clearly other great aspects to this place, various rooms & activities that I haven't used yet - actually, Yes I did! I needed a quiet spot & a laptop to compose an important document, & that was easily available too. Fantastic building, resource & people.

Beautiful new library space. Great children's area with toys and pillows to make the space comfortable and interactive for the little ones.
Staff were helpful and attentive to our needs during our visit.
Only recommendation would be for more car parking as the building is shared with other businesses and it was hard to get a park. Great little coffee shop attached so you can enjoy the library with a coffee in hand.

Very thoughtful and interesting library space. Great resources for adults and children. Kids books are thoughtfully displayed, staff and friendly, very peaceful surroundings. Well done to the consultation and design process which preceded this lovely community resource.

Fabulous vibrant space. Children’s book section is more cramped now compared to previous library location. I really hope loud music or music altogether would get switched off in the library, I find it distractive and overwhelming. Otherwise the place is promising.

Because I am chemical sensitive , the very brilliant staff leave my book/books outside on a trolley. The books are put in a nice paper bag with my name on it...and most times I get a lovely note wishing me a good day. Ten stars from me ❤❤❤❤

Wonderful helpful staff. A very enjoyable experience going to the Library. Good selection of Library material and Internet access.

The staff at West Lakes library are brilliant I have been in a few times this week wanting lots of techno help. There wasn't anything that wasn't too much trouble for them.

Lovely open spaces, cafe fantastic. Not enough parking for all the businesses in the building.

Very friendly and helpful staff. A good size library with plentiful and useful resources. Being open on the weekend is a bonus.
