Supercheap Auto Currimundi

We went into the store as online was not working correctly, greeted by Graham who provided excellent customer service, super friendly and assisted us quickly and with a smile. He even cleaned the item we purchased on display before taking it out to the car for us. So happy with Graham and the team’s customer service. It’s hard to come by, thanks graham!

Team members are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and professional.
Products all have good shelf weight, range and ticketed, merchandised well and tidy.
Store is presented immaculately with current catalogues on display and specials clearly marked. Credit to store management and team members effort.

There were 3 members of staff when I went in at the Currimundi store last weekend and every single one of them was superhelfpul at Supercheap. They all seemed happy and the place had a good vibe. There was a young guy at the till and im not sure if he had worked there long but he was very patient and had time for a friendly chat whilst doing his job. Thank you. Id also just come out of fast food shop where the serving member of staff appeared really unhappy so it was lovely to have such a contrast. Seemed like a great place to work. I wish to let the staff there know how lovely they were :)

I want to say thank you to Kirsten for all her help. She goes above and beyond. Nothing was to hard to answer and I had absolutely no judgement from any questions I asked and her customer service was fabulous. She was nothing but professional. The whole team were. 10/10.

I ordered brake pads for my car there were 2 options but they didnt tell me. The pads were wrong but refunded my money straight away and told me of a rival company that had the pads i need. Legends!!! I will definitely keep coming here in future.
