Universal Store

Omg. I’m honestly the pickiest shopper in the world & have the most specific taste in clothing. I’m having a total mind blank but it was either Abbi or Alli who helped me out during my shop here and was more amazing than words can describe. She was so patient with me and picked out things that fit my long description of things I like and I was so happy with the items that I brought from her. She gave me her full attention while I was in store and strived to get me the items I was after. Would be so so happy to shop with her again

Helped by Gracie and Lauren today. I couldn’t fault their assistance. They went above and beyond for me. Their style experience is second to none and they’re the sweetest too.

Staff sadly lacking knowledge of products and a couldn't care less attitude.... Training, training and more training.... Face to face customer service very poor...

Very inclusive of what they sell

I went into the store with my girlfriend Laurel. When we entered the store we were immediately pestered by a staff member. I noticed the staff members would not leave me alone as I just wanted to browse their items in peace. I was constantly hassled by repetitive and annoying questions that I already answered. Please stop trying to aggressively sell items to customers, sometimes I don't need their help and just want to look around the store.

P.s. change the music, it's kinda boring

They left the magnet tie on my jeans aftwr i purchased this and i’m not happy about it. some dude from universal store in stockland did this.

Went into this store at the start of December (with the full intent of making a purchase). Was pestered relentlessly by a young girl to try on different clothing items. Politely declined multiple times, stating we were just browsing. This employee would not leave us alone until we agreed to try on some heinous item she picked out. Promptly exited the store while she was distracted, to avoid being held socially hostage by her terrible interpersonal skills. Will not be returning :)
