I always buy through betta electrical because of great service. I recently bought a LG stereo and a Panasonic DVD player. Both times get 5 stars for service, availability, phone service, pricing, etc. will always shop here. Thanks .

Thank you to Toowoomba Betta for the amazing service, starting with the excellent customer service when selecting our items to delivery. We knew exactly when our items would be delivered and follow up text to say when the truck was 3 mins away. The two guys who delivered our items were friendly, and extra careful with ensuring our new fridge and lounge suite were in place and set up perfectly. It pays to buy locally, with the exceptional service we received.

I couldn't get a small kitchen appliance at three of the big stores in Toowoomba. I looked online and found one at Betta Wilsonton. I ordered it and they delivered it to me free of charge. The whole experience was exceptional in their customer care. Next time I will go straight to Betta Wilsonton. Well done

Today our refrigerator broke down,we went to better electrical in erin street toowoomba at 9.15 am ,got a great deal on a new refrigerator ,and it was delivered ,set up and going in my house by 10.15 am.they even took the old one away .my father ,my mother in law ,and my wife and i have been dealing with betta electrical for years , we never shop around and go straight to them .thanks again betta ,ian

Excellent service from purchase to delivery and installation of our new fridge. After a negative experience earlier in the year with a different retailer (new fridge that turned out to be faulty - took months to resolve after being fobbed off to the manufacturer), it was reassuring to hear that Betta Electrical would resolve any issues directly and promptly. Thank you Betta Electrical for providing honest service - we won't go anywhere else now.

Hard to find good service like this anymore. Shout out to Bel for holding the last washer for us and for letting us know about the Qld energy rebate.

Best service and price. Daryl and Neville were so helpful with both my email enquiry and when I went in store for a new mattress. Everything was sorted in less than 20 minutes and delivery was easy and the old mattress taken away. The only minor issue is that Neville said the delivery guys would call or message when on their way but I didn't receive one.

Well that was easy! Bel was so helpful and the whole deal was done over the phone after I was emailed a quote. New fridge purchased in less than 30 minutes and delivery in 2 days. So pleased I could shop local and receive such efficient service… and the best price!

We purchased a new Pidgeon Pair Electrolux Fridge & Freezer with excellent service & knowledge from Bel, (Thanks Bel), providing valuable advice without the high pressure pushy sales experienced from the big stores.

Well it was a longer delivery than we expected but glad to say ..Thankyou Belinda, for your great after sales help ,..for those that don't read instruction manuals!!... and settling us into our new LG front load washing machine..very happy !
