Betty Blue & The Lemon Tart

Tried this cafe for the first time as it was really close to my workplace. It was quiet despite being lunch hour when I arrived, but started filling up shortly after. The staff were friendly and helpful. I made my own sandwich and got the mixed berry and vanilla smoothie, which was very tasty. The sandwich I had pulled pork, fried egg, tomato, avocado, spinach, feta, mayo and tomato relish - don't be fooled by the looks, it was incredibly messy but one of the best sandwiches I've ever had! So delicious. The only downside of my visit was that the seating wasn't the most comfortable. I'll definitely be back and recommend the place.

Really awesome café. I didn't get food but the juice was amazing, they bought out water with cold glasses which was really nice, and the service was fantastic. So nice

Betty's has been a favourite go to of mine for a while now. I usually steer towards their sweet breakfasts but today I went for a savoury option and it was delicious! The coffee was amazing, meal was very filling, worth the wait (which should be expected over the weekends as it's such a loved location), and the entire team of staff were very friendly. Very lively atmosphere! Lovely little way to slow down after the rush of the week.

The food was delicious and the portion was so filling. The lady that served us was so kind and accommodating.

Thoroughly enjoyed my mushroom and feta breakfast. Everything sounded amazing on the menu I didn’t know what to order! Fresh food, cosy atmosphere, great location, on street parking, fast service, clean and friendly staff. Looking forward to having breakfast here again.

Didn‘t expect it to be that good. Was pretty empty there when I got there. Ordered hot chocolate and waffles and it didn’t disappoint me! Too bad I didn’t finished it because it was a little bit too much for me. It was delicious, tasty and looked even fantastic. Bravo!

It was a weekday afternoon and I found myself in Townsville CBD looking for a relaxed cafe for lunch and coffee.

I came across Betty Blue, checked the reviews and the menu, and thought of trying it out.

The host at the counter was extremely friendly and helpful in assisting me choose the menu. Service was absolutely first class.

I ordered a mushroom Bruschetta and a Latte. Quality of food was amazing, it was perfect blend of all the ingredients and delivered personally by the Chef . To top it off, the coffee serve was quite generous and tasted perfect and was served at a drinkable temperature.

Overall, I achieved my aim to have a relaxing lunch and a good coffee and found an amazing gem of a cafe in the middle of Townsville CBD

Amazing breakfast with fresh, delicious juice and a range of unique milkshakes. Definitely recommend Betty Blue if you're in townsville for breakfast.

The food was absolutely delicious and very fast to arrive. The café has a great relaxed vibe and the staff were very friendly - a fantastic was to start our weekend in Townsville. We will definitely be coming back!

First time and really impressed. We ordered scrambled eggs with pumpkin and feta, absolutely delicious. Also poached eggs with salmon and was fantastic. Capuchino was very well done. An awesome experience and people. 10/10

Stopped for a quick lunch on our way to Cairns. Staff were friendly and helpful. Had the smoked salmon and the green scramble. Generous portions and delicious. Loved the doorstop toast!!

Amazing food. Super friendly staff. We had an incredible breakfast and our girls had plenty of colouring books and chalk to draw on the tables and keep entertained. Fast service.

Wow! Fantastic food and great ideas. This is the only place that had managed to make my bf full haha. When he saw the size of the fritters his eyes bulged a little. I need to go hike back up Castle Hill to work this off.

Came here for breakfast. Great food, huge portions! Really good coffee also.
