Despite the fact I was in intense pain, I have never had such an accepting, helpful and cared for experience in a hospital than I did last night at Noarlunga Hospital. Especially for Endometriosis...there were like a dozen or more people in the waiting room and they got me straight through...offered me pain relief straight away. Listened, empathized, understood! I'm still blown away with just how well the staff handled it and I was treated. Helping and understanding women dealing with the horrific pain only Endometriosis can bring has come a long way and still has a long way to go but these ladies were on point. Just incredible. I am so grateful for their care!

Went there, with a stomach problem, been sick the whole night found out had to have a pcr test, even though I don't like to do it, I accepted there was little fuss and it wasn't jammed up my nose, so I was happy about that. Everyone worked as a team, very kind doctors and nurses, they treat you very well and even though sometimes some things don't go to plan, having collapsed veins it was impossible to draw blood for analysis. I was still given some medication and left with a good experience, and a welcomed feeling.

We’ve had to visit the ED department 3 times in the past 2 years with my 2.5 year old daughter . Each time the team has provided exceptional clinical and compassionate care . Of course they are times where you will be left waiting for long periods but they triage patients accordingly and anyone needing emergency assessment/ treatment receives it . I wouldn’t recommend visiting it ... who wants to go to hospital ! But 100% a great service for emergency care in the South . Thank you to all your staff

Will always go to Noarlunga hospital in an emergency if possible. My daughter went in with a fractured wrist and was seen to quickly, and the staff were incredible! The treatment was quick and pain free which was not the experience my other daughter had a few years back (in a Brisbane hospital). From start to finish the experience was amazing and I can’t thank them enough. And on top of that the parking was cheap!

My son was fortunately not as injured as we thought he was, but the service provided was surprisingly quick and friendly. Some wonderful people working here.

I needed to visit E.D. to have a ring removed today. The staff were most helpful. Very appreciative for such a good facility in this area.

The Triage nurse are so disrespectful. The treat you like rubbish. They gave me the smallest bed available. They talk behind patients backs.

Usually my experiences aren't THAT bad going here, but last night I went in with sudden one-sided facial numbness and a sudden swollen ankle, waited about 15 minutes before being put into one of the beds. I thought, great, that was quick, it was quite quiet out in the waiting room so that makes sense.

I proceeded to sit alone in that bed for over 2 and a half hours. The only time I saw someone was when they came to do the same set of obs I had had done in the waiting room. And then they left. I asked someone after 2 hours when I was being seen and they said "you're next" (they always seem to say this, fyi) so I proceeded to wait another 35 minutes and decided that I'd be better off risking whatever happened at home.

Complete waste of my time, and god forbid it was something life threatening, because I probably would have gone unnoticed. That's how little they seemed to even glance at my room for the entire night.
