Love the lamb skewers and thin-crust Salsiccia pizza. Great atmosphere. A top pick for tasty food and a good vibe. Highly recommend for those who enjoy delicious pizza in a welcoming setting.

Probably my favourite pizza in SA. Worth the trip down just for the atmosphere, but the pizzas are stunning!
Been a couple of times and always try to get something different, but you really can't go wrong. A nice little affogatto to finish it off.

200% recommended if you are in the mood for good pizza!! Fantastic variety of artesanal pizza with tasty toppings.you like Pizza, they do it really well. Variety of local wines available on the menu. Rounded the experience off at their gelato area that had a wide selection of sweet options for everyone.
Highly advised to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Our favorite pizza place, fantastic pizza, great gin cocktails and a little onsite shop.
Diablo pizza is our go to with delicious chili honey drizzled on top it’s Devine.
Chili honey is available for purchase in onsite shop we usually grab a couple as it’s amazing honey.
I recommend booking to ensure you get in as it’s a really popular and busy restaurant.

One of the best pizzas I’ve ever eaten. I’m gluten free and often find it hard to enjoy pizza but this was AMAZING. You couldn’t tell the difference between the normal pizza base and mine. The staff were also incredibly helpful and welcoming. Will recommend anyone and everyone to go.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant and I must say, the experience was absolutely delightful! From the moment I stepped inside, the inviting atmosphere made me feel right at home.

The pizzas here are nothing short of amazing. Each bite was bursting with incredible flavors, and the aroma that filled the air was simply mouthwatering. One pizza, in particular, stood out for me—the Diablo pizza. The combination of the crispy crust,, and a medley of other toppings was an absolute treat for my taste buds. It was a unique and delightful twist on a classic pizza.

If you like Pizza, they do it really well. Thin base, seasonal toppings and artesianal cheese (Not mass commodity type). I’m not a pizza fan, but I tried one here and the gluten free base was excellent, toppings were delightful and not too much cheese. Compact drinks list with focus on their estate wines.

Simply the best pizza in town. Not one of, the best. And the gelatos, heavenly.

Pizzateca so far is one of my favourite places on Earth. The only thing that I can say about it is - If you have a chance to go there DON'T MISS IT! I swear you will not regret it. The home-made limoncello is a must.

Authentic Delicious Neapolitan Pizza! Heard a lot about the pizza at this place so decided to check it out! Recommend making a booking as it was quite busy (Saturday Night) all seating is in the enclosed patio but warm enough as they had a few heaters on. We ordered some drinks and Arancini Balls, which came out almost instantly! They where delicious! Then the Main event! Pizza! I feel a great judge of a pizza place is the margarita and they didn’t disappoint. Perfect thin base, chewy crust and good balance of cheese and sause! 10/10. We also had the sausage pizza and finished it off with tiramisu for desert. One is enough to share! Will be back again!

WE FINALLY MADE IT HERE. It was well worth the wait! So many recommendations and it was absolutely perfect. Such a vibe. Such high quality pizzas and a huge list of drinks. Wonderful service. The spicy pizza was actually spicy, the bathrooms are clean, plenty of car parks, we had phone reception. There is nothing to fault here! Thank you thank you thank you. See you soon!

Simply great food and a great location in McLaren Vale! The Pizza's were great and well cooked. All of our starters were great, flavoursome and well presented. Service was a bit slow at times as we asked for more beverages a number of times but no real issue. Our coffee arrived in old-school stove-top caffettiera's that you pour yourself - a nice touch. There's a large lawn that kid's enjoy to play in and adults can stretch their legs after a big meal too! It's casual, it's noisy and loud with conversations, but, that's what makes this place one to visit!

Surprised how good the food was here. Had low expectations considered this place is in a tourist hot spot.
The pizza was 10/10! Quality ingredients and cooked to perfection in a wood fire oven.

A beautiful pizza restaurant in McLaren Vale with a vineyard and lots of outdoor seating. We didn’t make a booking but I would recommend making one! The salami pizza was spicy but has a beautiful hum of sweetness and the bianco was fragrant and delicious. The pizza base was incredible! A must have meal when visiting the area.

This feels like actual pizza. Neapolitan pizza straight from italy to adelaide. A soft, airy crust that is thin. Traditionally made by hand, not a pin rolling. Not too far from the city , roughly a 30 min drive. Ideally recommended to have a booking made. They’re always busy. Also , please after enjoying your dine in experience, carry some pizza for your drive back home. Tiramisu is a must have and to die for.

Fired in the wood oven made by italy's recognised stefano ferrara in napoli. The boys are keen to have a quick chat while making your pizza. Vera pizza's birthplace.
The mitolo family have been making italy proud by bringing it to south australia.Arrosticini are famous. Lamb skewers are cooked over charcoal in this process. Meat deserves salt and charcoal. All of that.

I am not that much into pizzas but let me say that the pizza we had here was outstanding (pesto pizza specials). One of our friends recommended this place but I was thinking about going or not but after sampling a good selection from their menu and Alba’s recommendations, I highly recommend this place as they exceeded our expectations from start to finish including the table service. If I were you I would start with a salad (insalata), some beans (fagioli) and a skewer (arrosticini) and finish with a great pizza of your favourite flavour and a yummy dessert (tiramusu which was good).

I must say that they offered a complimentary limoncello and it’s absolutely delicious and it’s a homemade product.

We can’t wait to go back to it and enjoy another selection from their menu.

Last but not least to talk about is how friendly the staff are, especially Alba. Thank you for your hospitality and professionalism.

Absolutely loved it here. This was the location of our first meal in the McLaren Vale and Pizzateca knocked it out of the park.

Everything we ate was tasty and delicious without making you overly full.

The Limoncello sample at the end of the night was a nice touch and we went back to our accommodation with a full bottle to enjoy back at home.

Great kids friendly place, with great pizza and amazing atmosphere. Kids running around while we sat and had some drinks. Service was quick. It was busy, although venue is big enough, so it didnt feel like it was that busy. We loved it!
