Horseshoe Bay Fish and Chips

Absolutely delicious and huge portion! Had battered fish and chips and milk shake and fried pineapple eating across street. The guy who served us was kind. And yes you pay for sauce but you get a lot and can’t beat quality quantity and across the beach!

Perfect for a lunch in the beach. Shared a portion with my wife. 17,95 AUD is an okay price point considering we are on an island. Tasted great, ate on the beach. Would do it again!

Consider this place for your next fish and chip adventure. All great; excellent staff, yummy burgers, well-cooked fresh fish, and perfect chips, get it takeaway and enjoy at the outside tables waterfront at Horseshoe Bay. Don't be surprised if you get hooked!

What a great way to spend a Sunday evening. Great service, excellent fish and chips and good value. Hard to pass up a beach pack at $14.50 Then head across the road and watch another beautiful Horseshoe Bay sunset.

Heard great things about their milkshakes and was not let down when I got it. Severed by feet staff with positive energy. Clean restaurant and fast speed!

The macrell is a great sub for flake.

Hit the spot. Take away across the road and enjoyed it in the shade. Grilled barramundi was nice, juicy and flakey. Chips were OK.

Fish was so good and very well reasonably priced, amazing to sit on the beach and eat it too!

Generous servings! I'm not sure why this place isn't 5 star ratings. The last time I came here in 2016 I raved about the best fish and chips I've had. There is just something very perfect with how they batter the fish and keep the mackerel so fresh. Definitely taste more like fresh fish then frozen. The salt ratio is perfect and a slice a lemon is all you need. Consistently good and consistently low prices. Best food to eat at Horseshoe Bay too!

Fish was tasty, chips were crunchy and serving size is what you would expect from a traditional fish and chip store - LARGE!
Service was also very efficient. Grab a classic beach pack and watch the Maggie sunset, you won’t regret it.

Never had a bad experience here. Been having fish n chips here for a few years now. Always really good. We just ordered 2 Mackerel, chips and prawn cutlets. Got 5 pieces of Mackerel, heaps of chips, and plenty of lemon to boot. Price is just the same as mainland. I really can't understand the wingers here in previous comments.
