The food here is amazing. So much to choose from. Great vegetarian selection on the menu. The atmosphere is relaxing. The staff are amazing and accommodated my meal request exceptionally. The service was friendly and prompt. I have been here twice now and haven't been disappointed.

Unfortunately, only had food delivered, twice. Went for dinner a few doors away. Looked in the window. Looked great. Excellent flavours, large portions. Really good !!!

We had the banquet for two! Perfect portions - we did ask for extra rice!! Staff were friendly and food delicious. Highly recommend.

Came in hungry with an American crew of 4 and were seated immediately and taken care of start to finish. I’m normally pretty good at getting a picture of my food to show off to you all but it smell so damn good I immediately started devouring my lamb Vindaloo, garlic cheese naan and rice. Our squad loved the food, the spices, flavors rivaled those back home and elsewhere and really appreciated the hard working family crew providing us a good time. There will be a next time! Loved it 🤙🏻

Had the banquet and all the food was absolutely beautiful 😍 3 entrees were samosas onion bhaji, chicken tikka, all delightful. Mains were butter chicken, lamb rogan josh, vegetable curry served with rice and naan bread and pappadums, also a dessert. Great value and portions, staffe very helpful and friendly 👍 highly recommend 😊

When you see other guests absolutely vacuum their plates for any last piece of food, you know you're in for a treat. This place will have you doing the same.

We had a school group of 21 in here. The staff were so accomodating and friendly, and the owner gave us a great deal for a banquet style meal for the students and even threw in some complimentary dishes! The students had a lovely time and we were very pleased with the whole experience! Would definitely return next time we are in town.

We ate 9 different items with the banquet. Only $34pp. They were all exceptional. Endless rice bread and curry if you want? We only asked for more bread and my son and I can eat like the best of them. Waitress doted on us and drink sevice is prompt. From an avid indian diner I couldn't suggest an improvement. 10/10

Special mention to the waitress we had, who was lovely and so dedicated to making sure we would be happy with what we ordered. We’re vegetarians and the food was also really tasty! Prices were fair for quality not too cheap or too expensive. Do recommend !

My father said that Ravi outdoes himself each time we go there. We had an exquisite banquet with flavours from around, particularly India from Goa to Mumbai to Hydrabad to Calicut and full flow of the Ganges. Reaching northward to the full sweep of the Himalayas! Very tasty, a succulent Indian meal.

We went there for lunch and only takeaway was available. We ordered a mix of few items and were happy with the choices for sure. The food was great and well made. The paneer tasted like fresh made at home. Good food and great service. Very much recommended for anyone looking for an Indian meal in Townsville city.

Everything we ordered was delicious. We had the banquet which included, per person, a nicely spiced & crispy onion pakora, a samosa that was well seasoned but kept light and tandoori chicken which was delightfully smokey & flavourful. We asked to swap some of the curries which they accommodated. We had a smooth & creamy butter chicken which offered a tempered bite of sharpness, a beef vindaloo with lovely tender beef & a strong but well balanced chilli kick & a deliciously smokey palak paneer. To finish off a sweet offering of Gulab Jamun, which had a perfect doughnutty consistency & a sweet syrup that completed the meal perfectly. Really, all I can say is yum! Best meal we've had in Townsville yet. You must try.

Best Paneer tikka masala in The great Jewel of India in Townsville. Garlic naan bread was amazing! Best service and very clean beautiful restaurant! Staff are very nice and friendly. Will be going back.

Walked by this place, and it smelled so good I had to go in. Delicious dinner, and Sonu was so friendly! Ended up going back for a second night which was just as tasty as the first. Highly recommend the palak paneer and gulab jamun.

I have frequented this place for quiet a while now, and the butter chicken is the best in all of townsville! Other restaurants have Butter Chicken which tastes like pumpkin soup, the butter chicken here is a tastebud explosion and the other meals are quiet good as well.

I have dined in here and gotten takeaway a fair few times, never been disappointed.

I ordered over the phone for takeaway pick up. Unfortunately neither I or the server confirmed the price before ending the call. I thought the meal was $10 because of the web layout but it’s actually just selected menu items. To avoid this happening in the future, be sure to mention ‘special’ over the phone for them to explain the options available. When I picked up the meal the server was considerate and kind. My meal tasted delicious and would recommend ordering from here again in the future.

Excellent! We ordered the value pack and chose Korma and Madras Chicken we also added in Garlic Naan. Amazing. So tasty. Our order was ready on arrival. Drove in from Kirwan on a Friday night for this take-away. Can't wait to do it again. Just delicious and flavoursome! Friendly service, very clean and tidy establishment. Did I mention the Naan!

Incredible authentic and delicious Indian food! Highly recommended! We were so happy with it that we even asked for a photo with our waiter, who was super polite and friendly and had a slight resemblance one of our party. We'll be back!
