Have recommended family, friends and others to Prestige Hope and never had bad feedback yet. Have used Prestige Hope for events and function set ups multiple times and wouldn't use anyone else. They are responsive, professional and the service and products are of the highest quality. Nothing is a problem. Highly recommend.

Prestige Hope are professional, easy to work with and were able to visualise exactly what I wanted and help me bring it to life. They were super organised and were so much cheaper than I thought. They have such a wide range of services available, I've had pleasure of working with them several times now!

Awesome venue. Great staff. Food was delicious and plenty of it. Would not hesitate to have another function with Emma and the team at Prestige Hope/Sovereign House.

Our ceremony and reception was setup to perfection

Contacted for a wedding in January and was told unless it was in house at the sovereign they couldn't accomodate as there would be no staff available. Requested a quote for inclusive package at the sovereign that didn't come. Contacted and was told the file was too big. Was told it would be resized and sent. Contacted again when I hadn't received it and asked if it was easier to make an appointment. Received a response with a day. Respo ded asking what time would suit and have still not received a response and the day was weeks ago. I would not recommend.

I would not recommend Prestige Hope to anyone.

After giving them a detailed list of what to set up on our wedding day they assured us that it would be no worries for them to complete.

Without word to us they left without completing any of the styling, and we had to have our family set up the entire venue!

A complete and utter waste of money.

Was told the services we required would not be an issue. The majority of the work was then left for our families to complete with no contact to let us know about this.

Would not recommend to anyone!
