We booked through an accommodation website to stay on Magnetic Island for 5 nights. There was a major mistake made by the owner with my booking, subsequently we had nowhere to stay!! Cindy from Compass was absolutely fantastic in helping us find alternative accommodation. We ended up having a great stay on Maggie.....Thankyou Cindy!

Lovely staff, but unfortunately their concern is of course the owner of the properties that they manage and the tenant is second best.

My 4kids and I stayed at a property with compass the lady we delt with was amazing we had left behind a tablet at the property, wich has taken so long to collect wich has been my fault I could have sent them $10 to post as they asked me, but I did not get the chance with bad reception and had tried to head over multiple time but due to health reasons have not got back over, I msg them today that my sister was picking my son's tablet up wich mind you had new born picture s of my baby boy born in 2020 and they have replied saying the have discarded the tablet😒 lesson learnt for me. I also will not use them again out of disrespect for someone else's property. My son will now ask about the tablet again as he has for the pass few months and I will Pritty much tell him some people unfortunately have no heart and respect for other people and there property. Wich you would think being a real-estate that is there main thing they expect from there customers. 🤦🤷👍
