A wonderful independent bookshop in the heart of Townsville, with staff who are very happy to help with ordering, putting books aside, or providing suggestions for your next immersive read! Great selection of gifts and a small area for kids too.

I have been to 'Mary Who? Bookshop' on a number of occasions and each time I have been there the ladies have been super helpful and friendly. This is a small local business, so before going to the department stores shop locally and get that friendly, helpful service.

Brilliant bookshop. Has such a warm, welcoming feel with an excellent selection of books. They also put on very interesting events. Love it!

I love bookshops in general but Mary Who still stands out and not just because it's local. There's always more good books than my bank manager will let me buy but that doesn't usually stop me! And the service is awesome too.

So much to look at in this cavern of books! It's so hard to narrow down to just one book to buy! Not just books there tho! Lots of other beautiful items to fall in love with.

I’ve been to many bookshops in quite a few countries over my many years but l have rarely experienced such friendly and helpful people as those l met in Mary Who? yesterday.

A wide selection of unique and interesting authors and publishers. Knowledgeable staff who are always willing to assist you find what you’re looking for. Handy to the city as well. I have ordered in books through Mary Who? Bookshop and will do so again. Do pop in to visit and browse.

A true icon of Townsville and holding it's own amongst other Australian bookstores. Staff are amazing..great sense of humour and fabulous service. Keep up the good work.

Without a doubt, the best bookstore in Townsville and probably North Queensland. It would fit in just as comfortably in inner city Melbourne. Wonderful, cultured, local. Excellent, precious books on science, natural history, architecture, art, politics. NOT your average chain store. There are so many reasons why MaryWho thrives on Flinders St. Everyone in Townsville who loves books, loves MaryWho.

Retreated here today from the heat! An oasis of peace, coolness, books. Such knowledgeable assistance I got and left with two new reads. Happy Days ahead.

Quite a nice bookshop on the city. Many sections for the books with philosophy section of my favourite. Also good to bring kids around so they could browse around and get the couple of books they wanted.
Also noticed some psotcards and travel guides especially for Townsville area and Qld.

Great selection and cozy feel. The books are both affordable and a wide selection is available. Staff is friendly and willing to help with any questions.
