Lily and Manuel are some of my most favourite people. I love our chats and they are so sweet, always asking about my family.

I have been using their dry cleaning services for over 6yrs now and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Manuel is always transparent with me in regards to any stubborn stains but he always try’s to get rid of them and so far has succeeded each time.

Lily is always clear on deliverables and if they can’t have my items complete by the time I need them she will be upfront with me and gives me realistic times. Love these guys.

Engadine Dry Cleaners were able to get a massive coffee stain out of a dress that I had washed and put through our home drier. I am thrilled, my favorite dress lives on for another summer :D 100% recommend.

Seldom used but great results

I've recently had to use this dry cleaners and I must say the service has improved greatly over the years. They don't have the fastest turn around (lose a star) but they are clear about the times taken to clean things and are pleasant.

I'm not sure how this business survives, the lady came to the counter looking like someone had forced her to suck on a lemon and wanted to add $4 per item for excess cleaning??

Just moved to the area and like to support local business but not this one. Don't go there, customer experience atrocious and there a rip off!

Drove 15 mins back to our regular dry cleaner who gladly accepted our business,at no extra charge.

I took my hand made wedding suit here - and they completely ruined it. The silk trim and lapels were completely destroyed. They didn’t even apologise or acknowledge fault. Steer well clear for anything valuable.

Update, after returning to the tailor, he opened it up and said the internal canvas structure was destroyed, and it has also shrunk - basically irreparable. Said it was most likely thrown in a standard washing machine!

Suit trousers came back with zipper missing. Told to just go. Not a suggestion it was their fault although zipper was there when dropped in. Rudest people ever. How do they stay in business?
