Emerald Thai Food

We were passing through Emerald and had a wonderful takeaway dinner. The food was fresh and tasty. The fish cakes were delicious, best I've ever had. Great value as well.

Beautiful authentic Thai food. We asked for medium spice, beware it’s spicy haha My lips are tingling as I write this review. We ordered Penang curry, coconut rice and chilli pork. Best pork I’ve ever had Asian style. Cannot fault it and will return next time we are passing through.

Beautiful food, would definitely recommend and would go back again. If your after a romantic night out, maybe best to get it take away as I wouldn't say its "dine in". Only feedback is to provide sauce with the entrees. Highly recommend the pad Thai

I have long been a massive fan of Thai food, and have enjoyed exploring and seeking out delicious Thai flavours wherever I may be. I was delighted to eat THE YUMMIEST of any Tom Yum soup I have EVER eaten in the humble town of Emerald, at Emerald Thai food. The freshness, the succulence, the flavour! These guys are so generous... they even lent me a silver spoon to take away and allowed me to return it the next day. It's the little things that make a lasting impression. Thanks kindly Emerald Thai Food.

What a surprise to find excellent Thai food in central Qld. This little family business cooks authentic fresh Thai food, full of flavour and herbs. We bought Satay Chicken, Lamb Penang Curry and Pork Salad. Not a bit of food left. Delivery free if order is over $50. Delivery (by friendly owner) was spot on time. Highly recommended.

Friendly staff every time we go there. The owner is so nice as well. Pork basil and Thai fried rice are my favourites but we've tried other dishes and they're always yum! Would highly recommend this place.

It was a great surprise to discover this thai restaurant run by a Thai owner she cooked and amazing lab for me and I couldn't feel any difference with the ones I ate in Thailand. Really, if you want to get out of creepy fast food come here and you will have an amazing lunch/dinner.

Lived in SE Asia for 7 years with a year in Thailand and the meals made us feel like we'd gone back for a while. Didn't feel right eating it without a beer Singha though.

Was in town for 1 night and felt like Thai for dinner. My partner and I had a veggie green curry, basil pork, rice and spring rolls. Everything was so fresh, delicious and made to order. Thank You.

I had a beautiful veggie pad Thai and coconut rice. Cannot recommend enough: the food was perfect, lovely customer service and such a short wait! I'll be back when I'm next in town for sure

Absolutely delicious food! Fair prices. Takeaway only; no dine-in facilities. Delivery available on certain days for $10. They usually have two options available each day as $12.50 lunch specials. They post which dishes these are on their Facebook page (@emeraldthaifood) sometime during the morning. We are so excited that a Thai restaurant has opened in Emerald - thank you!!!

This place rules! Everything we had was made from scratch. We wanted to hurt ourselves with something spicy and she gladly obliged. Ghost chillis made for the hottest Laarb I've ever had.. never lacking flavor in the slightest. Best Laarb I've had since living in Thailand. Amazing curries and Tom Yum as well.

Amazing Thai food and good prices. Small bussiness so remeber it's not a fast food store but we'll worth the wait. Phone ahead with orders.

The best take out I've had in Emerald. The meals are amazing! Would definitely recommend.
