Brought a suit jacket to get cleaned and it came back with more stains on it. Never again. When I spoke to the guy about it he said that’s how he got it. There was one stain on it that he said could be removed and came back with two massive yellow stains on the sleeves. Would not recommend

Had a military shirt dry cleaned and pressed. Confirmed beforehand if they were aware of where to press lines in.
Came back with lines everywhere on the shirt and not in the correct position.
Gave them an opportunity to fix it and they failed again.
Very unprofessional.
Do not recommend!

I took an $800 jacket in there with a silk handkerchief in the pocket thinking they would know it was a feature when I got it back no handkerchief I discussed it with them they said "we threw in bin we can't be expected to hold on to anything that is not attached to the jacket", well I wish someone had explained that to me when I presented the jacket to them in the first place.

Had a dress dry cleaned here. Where I picked it up, the dress was damaged, with crystals missing. The owner took absolutely no accountability and handled the situation terribly. Stay FAR away from this place if you have expensive items to dry clean. Would give 0 stars on this rating if possible.

Store has an aframe sign on display that shows same day dry cleaning. When i asked for that service the owner says, "oh no we are not doing that today" Annoying, went out of my way to take my drycleaning there.

My jackets weren't clean. Smelt worse when they came out than when they went in. Really unhappy
