Peakhurst Park

Great large space. Has lots of grass area. Has an artificial soccer pitch which you can use for training anytime soccer is not being played on it. Has a good larger half court basketball city with a good rim and backboard. Has a play ground area. Has toilets. Shade is from trees near the play area.

Not fenced off from the road. Can get busy. In non Covid times gets very busy in sports days - but hey it’s good it’s being used.

Great to see these parks still going. Looked after well with facilities. Large park catering for everyone.

Great park, has a children's playground on one end, and a synthetic football pitch on the other. The pitch is maintained well, though, the nets are commonly broken off at the bottom.

Fantastic artificial turf facilities for all-weather football matches. Complete with ample toilet & changeroom facilities. Great venue for full field or mini-football matches. I am currently playing there in a 6-a-side football comp with 4 matches played simultaneously. Only criticism is the lines can be confusing!

Nice park to go for a walk with the dog. Lots of friendly faces I'll most likely never see again and a great peaceful place to slit my wrists on one of those days. 10/10 would end it here 👍

Great place to watch soccer. Artificial turf makes for a good game. No Gannons park bounce. Sit on the hill with a cold beer on a cold sunny winters day. Livin the dream😁

Great park, would be nice if there was a source of water near the soccer field though. If you play on the field just check the area as I have seen broken glass near the goal line before.

A large park in Peakhurst mainly used for sports. The park has toilets and change rooms. Unfortunately during wet weather it can become a bit of a mud bowl.

It was very well organized ,you could see enough people to help you find something.enjoyed the day only thing was the old cars werent there while i was there bt maybe later in the day.great outing for families.

Best park in the area. Really big, Good grass for running or playing sport, lots of clubs and teams to join and a play ground for kids.

Nice place for kids sporting activities. Football, footy, cricket, small kids play area and plenty of space for walkers and joggers..

Large area with plenty of space to relax, with trees, a nice playground for the children to have fun.
