Commonwealth Bank Richmond Branch

Pretty busy inside the bank branch, why would u want to go completely cashless? People 2 People contact is very useful because doing everything online is quick and easy until u lose your wallet or mobile. Customer service on phone is like a back & fourth thing, talking to a machine 1st transferring u here and there to find out u got to wait again just to speak to a real person and finally when your help by a real person but still their still limited in helping you. So again, bank branch is needed, we cannot go cashless

Branch manager failed to acknowledge a procedural error. And the team missed out on an opportunity to offer services that would better suit my business needs. Overall poor customer experience.

What rude customer service. I was waiting to be served and the employee literally said “ hey what do you want??”” No wonder commbank is getting these poor reviews.

As a customer of this branch (started with school bank) for over 40 years, plus a long term Colonial client, I wish the bank to know that I want the environment considered before profits. If the bank gives any financial assistance to Adani, i will have to sever my association with the Commonwealth bank.

Very poor service, went there to sort my card and still waiting, no action was done, I had to call few times to the call centre to arrange the card again, also don't bother calling them they don't pick up the phone or return your calls
