Palm Cove Yoga

Cathrena is a highly knowledgeable yoga teacher. I was recommended by a Physio to go to her classes. She really accommodates your needs and limits. One of the rare yoga teachers that actually walks around and brings blocks etc and makes sure you do the poses correctly. I love her precision, passion and community spirit. Best thing is that she remembers where you are at and celebrates your successes <3

After moving to palm cove I was looking for a new yoga class and found Cathrena! An exceptional yogi who has helped me refine my skills and correct poses that I had unknowingly being doing wrong for quite some time.

The classes are tailored to a range of beginner to experienced yogis, she honestly has about 3 variations for each pose.

Cathrena also is genuinely interested in how your body is pre/post class and will tailor classes to accomodate any injuries or sore spots.

The stretching is amazing.

I have moved on from Palm cove now, but still really miss these classes and the other lovely people that went!

You train at the most serene place of FNQ, Palm Cove. Cathrena is a very motivating, knowledgeable, and skillful trainer, lifting your spirit and bringing the best out of you. I learned a lot about my body and mind, so much more about yoga, learned to trust my body, to breathe and enjoy every even difficult pose. Every session was filled with smiles, laughters, sweat and this satisfying feeling you did something great for your body and soul. My place to get grounded and de-stress, develop strength and mobility, and be part of amazing yoga community.

I really like going to Cathrena's classes as I can feel and see the improvements every week. And she became a good friend of mine going for a coffee sometime after class.

A fun relaxed atmosphere where you feel completely relaxed in the company of a yogi who engages with everybody in the class regardless of experience. I relish every opportunity to practice my yoga with Treena
