The staff are very kind and told me where the fan was because I was boiling, also the staff are very helpful too, they told my family where things were.

Everything is absolutely gorgeous!!! Got my entire closet there & loving it. Annie is super friendly too.

My 1 star is totally irrelevant to this reply from this business. Don’t know who or what they’re referring to but it’s obvious that they have quite a few dissatisfied customers. I’m one of them.

Terrible service. Dont bother. As much you want to support small businesses but service like this you feel really disappointed. Seriously who cuts their tag off and not provide a receipt and expect them to drive back for a receipt. If you don't do refund or exchange then open up and explain it to your customers before of purchase and provide them the receipt to proof this is your policy. So unprofessional you are😡. I would give your shop a zero star if I could.

Do not shop here! Rudest staff for such a friendly area. When I dared to walk past the shop windows and look in through the front door with an empty ice-cream cup in hand, I was chased to the door by staff (I saw them running through the windows) and rudely confronted. I was then told to get away from their shop with food. It was the rudest encounter I have ever had with a retail store. Myself and everyone I know will never shop here for this reason, I recommend you do the same until they learn some manners. No one deserves to be treated that way!

Terrible customer service - I was chased out of the store after entering quickly to get product details for multiple items purchased the day before because the staff cut the tags off and did not provide a receipt. Approached by an incredibly rude woman, assuming the owner, she first explained tags are cut off for re-stocking purposes, then told I could not take details until I checked in. We were flying out, short of time and I explained I’d check in as I was leaving but she snatched the clothes away from me and ordered me to go back out and check in first. I left as she yelled at me, ‘and that’s what everyone always does!’ No wonder! I returned, having checked in, and she exclaimed, ‘oh back again to play, are we?’ I ignored her taunts, got the details I needed and left. No clue at all about valuing customers or sharing product knowledge. The clothing tags promoted ethical production and care guidelines, yet they remove and fail to give receipts or any care instructions. Rude and inconsiderate.

my 17 year old daughter took a photo of a bikini to show her mum to maybe buy it. She was then rudely approached by a female telling her not to take photos and then insisting she delete it. Until now enjoyed wonderful and friendly Palm Cove service but stay away from here!!! R..U..D..E
