And enjoy it, if you get your chance to be there, Be There, you can drift away for hours in a hammock under the palms and stare into the infinite ocean.

Camping on the beautiful beach days before TCJasper all but destroyed the beach and van park. Lovely amenities and swimming pool is an added bonus. Very well looked after . Looking forward to when they have cleaned up and operating again - we will be back!

Without a doubt the best camping spot I have been too.
Powered side right on the ocean front, facilities closed by with washing machine area and an outdoor kitchen with a fridge and equipment.

The highlight is definitely the staff, very accomodating over the phone when we asked to checkin after hours and the lady at reception the following morning was so chatting and friendly, she helped us to plan the following few days of our trip with her local knowledge.

Recommended for quiet family time by the beach

We stayed here for three nights in an oceanfront cabin, and wished we’d booked for longer! We had busy days out and about, but loved coming back to the beach in the afternoons and falling asleep to the sound of waves crashing. The campsite was kept very clean, and the cabin was perfect for what we needed. I’m very glad we booked an oceanfront cabin as it gave us some space and privacy. The deck out the front of the cabin was screened on one side, and a lovely place to enjoy breakfast overlooking the ocean. If we’re ever this far north again we’ll be back for another stay.

If you like to be ON the beach when you are on holiday, you will LOVE this place! You can sit on the little deck of your cabin, watching the waves rolling onto the beach about 20 metres from you! We were sad to leave!

Without doubt the most underrated accomodation in FNQ. There are very very few places up here where your bungalow is literally on the beach and very well priced. The cafe /bar across the road is exceptional and the facilities of palm cove are a 5minutes drive away. The beach is arguably one of the best and a real favourite with the locals. The accommodation is a little dated, but who cares, it’s clean, comfortable and what a location, right now n one of the best beaches 1/2 way between Cairns and Port Douglas.

Love love loved staying here. We jagged a beachfront site in our van for 2 nights and it was excellent. The weather was not on our side as it rained and the wind was out of control but the view and the facilities were worth it. Staff were very polite and informative amenities were super clean and convenient. Each site had their own garbage bin which was fantastic. The beach bay and grill is right over the road for Brekky and lunch if you can’t be bothered cooking which we fell in that category! Will definitely come back and stay and make this our base for the region again and hopefully the weather is better. Highly recommend.

What a fabulous local getaway, right on the beach...I have stayed many times over 20 years or so as although I only live just down the road I wld rather go here than Bali!

Stayed here in February. So FREAKING underrated. Staff were so lovely. Amenities all in check. To top it all off, beautiful beach front camping with a rainforest background. Woke up to watch the sunrise and saw dolphins swimming past

Due to border closures etc. It was relatively quiet and we were able to get a very early check in at 10am. This was fantastic and especially as our son was getting married that afternoon on Ellis Beach. Staff are super friendly and bungalow was lovely and clean with gorgeous beachfront views. Loved our stay. We are locals but are thinking we might drop in again soon for a short stay. 👌👌

Beautiful spot. With lovely staff, power, waste disposal, fresh water, little shop, bar, restaurant, great shower and bathroom facilities. Very clean. Would recommend

Amazing views looking straight to the beach ⛱ can't get much better than this. Make sure you book in advance to get a great Bungalow along the beach.

We've been here a few times now and find it harder to leave each time. It's a hidden paradise with beach on your doorstep, lovely tropical pool, plenty of amenities and the bar and grill across the road. The place is impeccably run and has the hardest working team I've ever seen in a van park. It is exceptional value when you consider what you get for your money.

Great first time experience! Definitely recommend. Amenities were in immaculate condition. Couldn't fault the park. We camped in a tent site, although will be back to stay in one of those beautiful bungalows.

What an amazing spot. We stayed here three days and it was bliss. The amenities were very clean. The pool was crystal clear and cool. Close to a beach swimming enclosure. But best of all was having a beachfront powered site for our van on a stunning stretch of beach.

Quite, clean, and tidy beachfront cabin I'm obsessed.
