Jamaica Blue Stockland Hervey Bay

This is an amazing small Cafe to catch up with someone at, the food is great comes out proptly and even when its really busy the staff work really hard to try to keep up.

I would definitely recommend this cafe to anyone who likes nice coffee with cakes or even eggs.

The staff are all really friendly and deliver food efficiently and if they spill anything they always offer a napkin this is the kind of customer service i like.

Came here yesterday and service was extremely slow. All staff need training on customer service. No where near enough staff to cater for clients. The young fellow delivering food to the tables was run off his feet with cleaning tables as well. He did well trying to keep up with his duties. The food is still nice although expensive.

Fabulous coffee, but we were served with food we didn't order inspite of the fact I told them twice. They agreed they got it wrong only after it was partly eaten! Wasn't in the mood for a big debate after finishing shopping so we paid for it! Should have stuck to my guns. Definitely will NOT go back again when they're busy!

Place is open and out in the centre of a big shopping mall so one can wave to friends and neighbours as they trundle past, and I don't mind that. We had coffee and a toasted sandwich one morning, and food and service were very good. A little on the expensive side but perfectly understandable with the high rent they must be paying, a very popular place. Enjoyable venue in a busy complex. Lovely quick lunches or brunches. Great coffee, enjoyed commendable service from the team. Nice comfortable casual seating, and the usual tables, Good place to meet as is central to complex.

Consistantly good coffee and fresh food across their stores. Friendly and efficient staff. Tables always cleaned promptly. Great range at reasonable prices.

Coffee was hot (just how I like it) service was fast and friendly.

Quieter than the feed lot at the other end of the mall. Same service as always... Smiling and welcoming. Food is great and good coffee...
