I'm pleased to share that Dental 99 at Bondi Junction has taken proactive steps to address my previous concerns. After expressing my dissatisfaction with their services, the senior dentist reached out to me directly, offering apologies and solutions to rectify the situation. They arranged for a consultation with a senior specialist to review the work done and provide practical solutions, demonstrating a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. This proactive approach reassures me of their dedication to delivering quality care and resolving issues promptly.

I’m so happy with the service I’ve received so far. Had a checkup last week and 2 fillings done this week and it’s so easy to manage with the app and communication from the team about my appointments. Mr. Chemaisse was friendly and informative about the procedures I needed at my checkup.
Dr Corvera has such a calm and professional demeanour. She made me feel at ease when I had my fillings done and I’ll be returning to her for any future procedures.

Lauren, not sure if she's a receptionist/admin staff, has been really helpful with my concern. It proves her expertise about their software and she's really understanding. She didn't hesitate to help me with my discount issue in the city branch and she did it easily, unlike the other staff in the city. She helped me save a lot of money, kudos to you Lauren, great work 👍👍 Oh and also Dr Bansal, and the other dentists are really friendly and accomodating. Overall, Dental 99 is way cheaper than my previous go-to dental, with better staff no doubts. I already referred this to my fam and friends.

I am 78 years old and have been using Dental99 for the past 4 years - and all treatment has been first class. My wife is totally happy as well. At long last we have found a more affordable dentist with brilliant digital feedback on all past treatment on each tooth and cost. I can recommend dental99 to anyone.

Very reasonably priced and such nice staff, especially Dr Corvera she demonstrated kindness and patience throughout my appointment to ensure I was comfortable. I am so impressed with this service.

Mr Alex Yazbeck did an amazing job. He assessed my teeth, explained the treatment clearly, conducted the treatment, summarized the outcome and come up with a treatment plan for the future. I walked out as a very happy customer. I would highly recommend Alex Yazbeck as your dentist 🦷 😄👏👍

I had my wisdom teeth extracted by Dr Rosario Corvera. She was incredible! I was so scared and she made me feel so safe and looked after. Constant check ins and reassurance. Didn’t feel a thing! 10/10

I had a great experience with my clinician, Daniella, in Bondi Junction Dental 99. She provided good care, showed me my before and after photos as well as my x-ray, and provided sound, easy-to-follow advice. The app is easy to use and you immediately have access to your photos, X-rays, and treatment plans on it post appointment. Would recommend Dental 99.

Overall had an amazing experience. Booking through the app and checking in at the clinic was convenient. Dr Tejus did my treatment and he was very professional. He talked me through the whole process and made sure I was comfortable and pain free. I was honestly hesitant about it at first. But after my experience, I’m definitely coming back! Highly recommend.

Had Oliver today and I was so impressed. He was absolutely fantastic, so gentle and experienced. He made me feel at ease. The dental nurse was also fantastic and its such a professional place! I will be forever grateful of all Dental 99 Bondi Junction team. They were extremely profesional. I’m just visiting Australia and having to find a good dentist especially when is not your country can be really tricky. I made an appointment with them hoping for the best and I do not regret it. Doctors James Pearlman, Giselle Méndez and especially Dr Mark Brown were above and beyond helping me for over an hour and a half.

It was amazing! The doctor, Mr Allan Chemaisse is incredible. Really nice, giving lots of attention and a really good chatting, explaining everything properly, even better I expected. I super recommend them!

This was my first visit to Dental 99 at Bondi Junction and I am very impressed. Everyone there from dentists to assistants were very kind and attentive even though my problem gum was a much bigger job than first thought. They did the job to the end despite me requiring attention for over an hour and a half, two dentists at times and numerous x-rays. So very thankful they did not shuffle me out to make way for the next patient but made sure the job was done. No skimping on time, care or resources, their professionalism and commitment to affordable dentistry must be commended as they do it so well. Top quality service at an excellent price. I haven’t been to a dentist in years and have the typical fears, but the whole experience was amazing.
