Jennifer is a pleasure to deal with. Never been here before but she made me feel welcome and it just felt like we had known eachother for a long time. She is so friendly and really seems to know exactly what she is doing. A truly great experience and highly recommend her services.

Had a terrible experience here. Jennifer was judgemental, unhelpful and passive/aggressive. She also did a whole year tax return for my wife before realising the tax was lodged from a previous year. We will not be back.

Did not like the experience at all. The agent was annoyed and not helpful, sometimes borderline passive aggressive, did not want to explain, also did not know some things that even I know in terms of taxes. Regret going there and spending money.

I’ve called every day for the last week to try and make an appointment for 2 personal and 1 business tax return. The phone is never answered. Went there last week at 1.30pm to see a sign on the door that said back in 10 mins and then in brackets it said 2pm. That’s half an hour, not 10 mins. Went by again this morning at 9.15am.. Times on the door says open at 9am but closed sign was showing and lights were all off. Useless before we can even get started, will stop trying now!

Absolutely terrible, initial start to phone call.. all crackily and very rude.
