First time trying as we don't have this on Sunshine Coast. It was far better than Guzman and you could see the choices being added. My G&G never gets it right.

Excellent Service. Great staff. After a crazy shopping day went for lunch there. We were not disappointed on the choice. Fresh, nice portion, couldn’t ask for any better. Value for money. Loved it!!

Amazing service from a lovely young girl I believe her name is Chelsea. Food was amazing, she had great customer service she spoke with me not at me, explained all the options to me with no problems. Have nothing bad to say about this restaurant.

I am coeliac so eating out can be a challenge. Walked up and asked if they had anything gluten free and was told all there food was except the BBQ sauce. I could have a GF tortilla or in a dish I took dish. It was absolutely yummy and I had no reaction from eating it. I say THANK YOU. Will return on my next visit the Canberra.

Young girl with the lip piercing did so good, made sure my vegan burrito had enough filling. Amazingggg

Delicious Mexican burritos!

If I had to say what it was like, I’d say it was like Subway for burritos. You choose a size and a base stuffing. Then, as you move down the display there are a whole lot of different stuffings that you can have added to your burrito.

Customer service was excellent, very helpful in walking me through the process of burrito assembly. The only reason I’m not giving this five stars is that the burrito itself was bland… but it was still filling, and maybe I simply chose the wrong stuffings. Will have to come back and try a different combination :)

Staff were lovely, the girl working this evening was really nice, such a shame that it seemed like it was only her on. Management should do better and make sure more people are working. Food was great.

Reasonable portions and adequately polite staff, however disappointed that both staff members on shift insisted on charging me extra for the double guac on the vegan IQ burrito today despite being reminded that both classic vegan burrito AND the IQ come with it included. Perhaps the menu may be a little bit clearer or management may educate/empower their staff to consider why zambreros has ‘customisable’ options advertised - particularly to allow for substitution, rather than charging more for less.

Ordered 3 tacos=2 corn tortillas, 1 flour, all beef. The corn tortillas were stale and stuck to my teeth because they weren't crisp at all. The beef tasted like sweet BBQ sauce-nothing I have ever had in Mexico like this. No pico de gallo a standard staple for any Mexican food. Sorry I'm from America and grew up near the Mexican border. I have eaten in Mexico more times than I can count. There is nothing Mexican or Amer/Mex about any of this. Must be a new thing Aussie/Asian/Mex. I will be passing it up from now on.
Oh and no serviettes? for finger food? really?
She said maybe you should go ask at another food place, maybe they will give you one! Really?????

Never enough staff working. Two stars for two staff.
