Great selection of freshly made bakery items made in-store from pies pasties etc to scrumptious dessert pastries and donuts!!! Freshly made breads in all shapes and sizes and a great barista style coffee. Perfect place to stop in for lunch or if your after your bread. Definitely worth the visit, the friendly staff will look after you.

5 Stars just isn’t enough! Great coffee and great service is hard to find but you will get both at Murphys, Renee and Nat are just beautiful and always make my mornings better, Alan and the staff out the back work hard to give us yummy food, we are very lucky..

Yummy food, thanks. Very friendly helpful staff. I asked if there was a water fountain nearby I can fill my water bottle. The friendly staff member did it in the kitchen there for me. This was my first visit to this cafe, but with friendly service like that, I will definitely be returning. Thanks guys.

One of the best bakeries I've been to. The staff are all so lovely and the food is even better. My favourite is the curry chicken pie and the custard berlina.
There's a reason we get out coffee and hot chocolate their daily and will continue to do so.

Took my family into the Murphy's Bakery last week, definately a family business. They made us feel so welcomed and accommodated some specials to keep our 2 little kids happy. We bought some coffees, pies and pastries and it was excellent!! We aren't locals but North Haven you are very lucky! Can't wait to visit again one day. Thank you.

Lydia sold me the story of her bread and I was hooked. It was my first time and I would recommend this place if you are visiting NH or if you want fantastic sourdough bread. The customer service is next to nothing. I can see they work hard for what they put out on display. It is labour of love. She told me the mother dough is over 200 years old and came from San Francisco and how it came into their hands. Its truly a beautiful story. I ate half of the olive and rosemary loaf on my way home because I could not wait any longer and my husband finished the rest when I got home. Now we need more bread. Dear Murphy's Bakery, I hope you expand to a better accessible area so that more of us can indulge in your absolutely amazing bread, pastries and coffee. Thank you for taking the time to talk to me.

Fantastic sourdough bread, in particular the dark rye was reminiscent of Eastern European bakeries I grew up with. A hidden gem for proper bread within the West.

Love this place. The sourdough is amazing. We drive from highbury once a week just for the bread. The staff are great. Definately one of my family's favourite bakeries

Good coffee and food. Good options for those early Sundays and some public holidays. They keep hour online upto date.

A solid bakery with a nice assortment of pies and cakes etc. Also the staff are very friendly.

O wow. So hard to choose something as it all looks so good. What I did choose, curry pie and honey stick was sensational.
