Custom Design Furniture are absolutely amazing - their customer service is awesome. Rhonda was so accommodating in helping me design my lounge - the factory turned it around 3 weeks and even the delivery guys were brilliant to deal with - all Australian made. I am so in love my with my beautiful new lounge - very happy customer!!!

Fantastic service, great products

We've been customers for 12Y and have bought lots of furniture from Custom Designs. Recently Alex and the Team did a fantastic job with helping us restore our 12Y old armchairs to their original glory, after many years of use and abuse. After a visit to the shop to buy our new custom lounge set, in a conversation we mentioned that we still have and love our old comfy chairs and how fantastic it would be if we could get them refreshed in a more modern material as they are structurally still very solid but bit outdated. Few days later we got a call to arrange chair transport to their nearby factory for update and two weeks later they were back to our lounge room with a new gorgeous look.

My husband and I recently purchased a number of items of furniture from Custom Designs at Caringbah. We are extremely happy with every item, particularly a lounge that was custom built for a bay window. Alex the manager and his sales team including Anna, Ron and Rhonda went out of their way to assist us with every detail of our order. They truly went above and beyond our expectations. Jim our lounge maker was simply incredible. Visiting our home to take measurements and fittings no less than 4 times to ensure the lounge fitted perfectly and we were completely happy. Anna and Alex worked tirelessly to track down a particular fabric we wanted . We would thoroughly recommend Custom Designs Furniture to anyone searching for quality pieces with friendly and helpful staff.

We looked through the showroom and decided on the Rio suite. Ron was particularly helpful and knowledgeable. The showroom example wasn’t the right size but this was no problem and it only took 3 weeks to deliver.
The delivery team were courteous and removed all the packaging and set the suite into position which looked perfect straight away for us.
Massive thanks to Ron and the Custom Designs team for a speedy and easy experience with the purchase.

We recently ordered two custom beds, never been happier with the quality and service we received. Very responsive when letting us know when the beds were going to come in. I recently bought several pieces of quality furniture from Custom Designs Caringbah and upon entering the store was immediately impressed both with the stylish decor and welcoming atmosphere established by Alex and his sales team. They were attentive to my enquiries and helped contribute to finding a set of furniture that would best suit the colour scheme and design of my home. After the items were delivered, it became evident that they matched my household layout seamlessly and were manufactured with the utmost build quality. It was a thouroughly enjoyable experience and I look forward to replicating this again in the future with Custom Designs Caringbah.

Got to say that I walked past this place about a dozen times without paying it more than a passing glance, we looked & looked for what we were after but were unable to find it (fabric sofa with a high back, impossible to find, searched all over Sydney). Then a friend suggested we chat to them & that "Custom Design" was exactly that. Amazed / Delighted to find they could "make this bit bigger" and "this bit higher" meaning we finally found what we were looking for. Great quality as well. My view, its well worth a 2nd look, they really mean "custom design" & we will certainly be back next-time. Great little store & its all made in Sydney !

Had to have a Table repaired, service could not have been better, Quick turnaround and opened the Warehouse up on Saturday especially so I could pick it up.
We have 16 pieces of their Tasmanian Oak contemporary designs range, excellent product and all delivered on time as promised.
Its our go to shop now.

Great service and very positive experience. Don't know how you could get it wrong. You virtually design the furniture yourself, you tell them what size you want.
We picked and designed our own dining suite, TV unit and nest of tables. We were so impressed we are going back to get a hall table.
