Good and efficient service

Went their yesterday. Another patient and I waited, no staff around at all; a sign near front desk ‘back in 5 min… y’all dickheads’. I’m assuming someone has added the last part in after the original message of away 5 min 🤔
Well… we waited much longer than 5 min, when a gentleman worker came back with a Cosco bag of what looked like groceries. Nice to know he was out shopping, while patients waiting.
My biggest concern is that the place was not only left unattended, but also unlocked. Patients details and specimens there; no security to ensure people’s privacy protected. I’m going to take this up with Capital Pathology; I was shocked.
Considering it’s a small clinic with reduced hours, I would expect more.
