I've been coming here for nearly a decade. Dr Tran is fantastic. He does a thorough and excellent job of cleaning my teeth.

The support staff are friendly and I've never had major issues. They send reminders when I am due for an appointment which takes away the stress of keeping on top of it.

It wasn't a very painful experience, very professional, plenty of parking around available, near the train station, and reasonable price for the job.

My wife recently has some chipped teeth fixed. They were quick and very professional.

No fuss, does what's needed, quick and efficient.

My encounter with the first point of contact, who happened to be a female staff member, left me with a negative impression. When I asked a simple question, her attitude was far from welcoming, and her response felt belittling.

Moving on to the dental procedure itself, I was surprised at how quickly it was completed. In fact, I've never had a dental cleaning done so swiftly in the past. However, what truly bothered me was the dentist's approach to my major symptoms. Instead of conducting a thorough investigation, it felt like he rushed to provide an answer without much consideration.

There was a noticeable lack of willingness to provide help, and I sensed zero compassion or empathy regarding my direct concerns.
While I am grateful that they were able to accommodate me on the day of my booking due to the dental pain I was experiencing, it's crucial for any healthcare provider to prioritise patient comfort, especially in situations where the patient is already in so much pain. Quick procedure, fair prices but unfortunately the service and bedside manner was poor.

Went there because I had toothache. Was Xrayed and told I needed filling and I “might” need root canal in future . Pain persisted so went back. Was told no problem with tooth just sensitive and to use toothpaste for sensitive teeth. Pain persisted, went back and told same . Pain became intolerable so went to different dentist. Did X-ray and started root canal immediately, pain gone. Contacted this dentist to complain to ask for $160 back but no success
