Spring Orchid Dental Clinic Bassendean

After a few decades of ignoring catching with dentists and anxiety around dentist, I have finally found a place and dentist where I am comfortable with. Dr Belinda has been helpful, knowledgeable, providing enough education around where the issues with my teeth, and given me enough reassurance around my anxiety with dentist :). The team has been easy to deal with and always been friendly. Also, given enough info ahead around how much is going to cost ahead as well. Finally, found a near home and a comfortable dental place where I can visit :)

I needed a significant top molar filling ASAP, as most of the tooth had collapsed and I was fortunate to get Dr. Reagan Leung who was aided by a very capable assistant. So I received an excellent restoration at a very good price. An added surprise was the dental pack that was given. Also loved the TV screen on the ceiling! The clinic is small but the vibe is great! Thanks again for the excellent service.

I always feel nervous and sheepish about seeing the dentist after not having been in a fair few years - but Dr Reagan, Dr Maria and the team made me feel very comfortable and welcome! They are a very friendly and professional team that run a clean, modern practice. Dr Reagan walked me through the procedures he was planning in detail and explained things in easy and simple words. I’m very happy with the work I have had done so far and have a renewed enthusiasm for looking after my oral health. I look forward to my next visit. Highly recommend!

Dr Maria is so gentle and friendly with my three kids. They absolutely adore her. She will explain what is going on in a calm tone. Of course, they get distracted with TV above them. We received top notch service from the clinic especially Dr Maria. Highly recommended the dental clinic for the whole family.

I was so thankful for Spring orchid Dentist specifically Maria, who fitted me in last minute for a quick wire reattachment. She was so lovely, gentle and professional . She made me feel comfortable and welcomed as soon as I entered the clinic. I will definitely be coming back ! I would also highly recommend giving them a try :)

I never been to any dentist like this place such a beautiful friendly staffs. I have so much stress trying to book for my niece in-law kids to get her tooth pull out urgently as it was infected. I book Toothbuds but couldn’t get in until end of January. I call Maria at Spring Orchid Dental and tell her my situation. She was so kindly and organised the dentist that’s would be so experienced dealing with the kid. We a so happy and many thanks to the staff’s.

I’ve been going to Spring Orchid Dental for a while now and this is a truly great place to care for your teeth. Everyone from the dentists to the staff are very friendly and they always do such a great job to make me feel relax and comfortable ! At Spring Orchid I found a "listening dentist" who allowed time for explanations and discussions. I left with a smiling face and a smiling heart.

On 16/3/2020 I texted at 1am for advice, received reply at 7.30am, given appointment for 11am, problem resolved at 11.35am, a follow-up call 24 hours later on 17/3! Excellent service and team work by two dentists and one assistant.

Highly recommend Dr Y. Pham. Very caring, holistic dentistry. More than just a quick fix dentist; very patient focused. Family friendly, practical advice.
