Freedom - Caringbah

Today, my husband and I decided to start looking for furniture and the first place we went into was freedom in Caringbah.. I can just say it was a very quick decision to buy from here as our sales assistant Nicole was absolutely amazing! She helped us find all our living and dining room furniture which all matched perfectly and really suited both my husbands and I style. Nicole’s professionalism and understandings to our ideas really showed what a great sales woman she is! I highly recommend going there and getting advice and assistance from Nicole and the staff! High level of quality definitely will be going back to get other things we may need in the future! Thank you Nicole

Had the most lovely experience at freedom Caringbah. Had the lovely Annie help me purchase the S fold curtains. She had so much knowledge and explained everything so well. We left there feeling so confident and excited to start our DIY project. She genuinely wanted to help and had such a great attitude. After our horror experience at freedom Moore Park, it was great to have a sales assistant that is actually interested in conversing with you and helping! Sad but not many sales assistants are these days. Thankyou to Annie and the lovely ladies at Caringbah. You will definitely be my Freedom store of choice moving forward, even if it that tiny bit further. :)

I have bought many items from Freedom Caringbah over the years and have always been impressed with the team and store. Freedom furniture looks great and has lasted me well (I've had some items for 6+ years, and going strong). After noticing a small fault in a recent purchase, the team were super quick to organise a replacement for me. I'll continue being a loyal customer here for sure.

We went in today on a whim, looking for an outdoor setting. We had the help of Annie at the Caringbah store and she immediately helped us to find the product we saw online. She helped us imagine what it would look like in our home space and we played musical outdoor living space with the furniture. Her assistance and time was appreciated and we happily bought all our outdoor furniture with her. She made this process very easy and she was a pleasure to deal with.

Decent selection of furniture for the home/office. I've always found the Furniture from here is built to last, and the only reason to buy replacement furniture is that your taste or lifestyle has changed.

The staff here are knowledgeable on the products on offer, and very friendly.

We have bought many items from this store over the years - dining room furniture, kitchen furniture and also home décor items and kitchen goods. Freedom Furniture stocks really good stuff and it's quite dangerous (but delightful) to wander around this store as they display their wares so very well, that it makes redecorating extremely tempting. We've been very happy with their customer service, the staff are always helpful and the goods delivered in a timely manner. A great store.
