Fast and reliable!! Very friendly team I just sent a text late Saturday and by the next day, Sunday, the service was booked and done in a few minutes, also my dog was very happy into the shop, he got a lot of love by the workers and even a few dog snacks.

I had two great experiences with detailed vehicle reports on my car. It was a very welcoming place - all the staff are so friendly and helpful. Jafar and Sanjay had excellent customer service, which was over and beyond expectations.

Staff are so knowledgeable and friendly. I normally feel uncomfortable when going to a mechanics but I felt very welcome and would 100% recommend Kismet. They kept me up to date with what was happening with my car and asked me permission before they did anything. 10/10 customer service.

Once again the wonderful Sanjay and his team have saved my bacon! I’ve had my car serviced and repaired here ever since moving to Sydney. Last Sunday it broke down in the middle of nowhere… a quick call to Kismet and the pressure was off, car fixed and driving perfectly by 2pm on Monday. Always fantastic service!
