Rasan recently catered our wedding reception and it was amazing. His food was the heart and soul of the evening and he went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. We are truly grateful to him for making our event so special. Highly recommended!

Five stars for their customer service and hospitality. I've been here twice and both experiences were amazing.
They really value their customers.
Four star for the pricing. I just felt it was a bit expensive than it should've been .
Three stars for the flavor. This place is no good if you want to have the traditional indian food and taste the spice. I do understand that they have a lot of local customers and for them the flavor is perfect.
Two stars for the portion size and presentation. You should really work on this.
Overall i still want to rate them five stars for how good the hospitality was. Will certainly be back.

I hired Surjit's Catering to celebrate a family birthday. Rasan and his team were simply amazing. We asked Rasan to curate a menu of snack/hand held foods for our guests and Rasan delivered with a delectable selection of freshly prepared items - each and every one of which were tantalizingly delicious. All items were prepared fresh in the function room kitchen. A mobile tandoor oven was brought to the event which proved to be an absolute crowd pleaser. The items honored the soulful and spiced flavours of traditional Indian delights yet were skillfully interpreted with a fresh, modern and artful flair. The food continues to be remembered by those attendance to this day.
The Surjits Events team were warm, friendly and professional, ensuring our function ran smoothly. They also ensured the kitchen was squeaky clean after use. I would have no hesitation in recommending Surjit's Catering and would happily endorse them as the best Indian caterers I have used.

Our wedding was a Sri Lankan wedding, and I know from experience that guests at Sri Lankan weddings are very hard to please. All of our guests were so impressed with the food (especially at how different but tasty it was) and both our parents also loved the food!! (they are the harshest critics).

We just had Rasan cater for our Indian wedding at the Epping Club. From the minute i picked up the phone to him Ras is just a genuine nice guy, whom is proud of his family, heritage and more importantly his food. He made the experience amazing, was super flexible with the menu and just showed genuine love and care - highly highly recomend him!!

Rasan and Surjits catering is on of the best in Sydney. He recently catered for an event for Sydney Community Group, and his food and service was exceptional. It was definitely a treat. Rasan is one of the kindest human beings and looks after his guests very well.

Best Indian I've had in Sydney. Surjit's is famous for their chicken tikka masala and their tandoori. The chicken is super tender, as we discovered in our chicken korma.
Their briyaani was nice as well, but the lamb that came in the briyanni was quite dry.
Overall, for two people, we managed to fill ourselves up on one curry dish, garlic naan and lamb briyaani.
Well worth a visit, and the staff is also quite tentative.

The absolutely best Indian Catering I have experienced for Temple and Sangeet. Hands down the friendliest, most inclusive staff and most importantly - extremely fresh and authentic food.

Unfortunately only take away and catering but no longer dine in. We keep trying new Indian restaurants but always observe “Ok … but not as good as Surjits”.

Rasan and the team at Surjits recently catered for our daughters wedding for over 500+ guests.

From the sangeet, where the garlic prawns were the talk of the town, to the wedding and reception, each menu item was coordinated specifically to ensure there was variety, taste and excellence in each dish created.

Rasan was very specific in assuring each functions menu items were unique in choice, taste and flavours.

The professionalism that Rasan, his mum Manjit and the rest of the team displayed was exemplary, it was an absolute pleasure working with them. They ensured all dietary requirements were met and adjusted the menu to cater accordingly. Their timing was impeccable and attention to detail was superb, there was nothing missed in their planning, organisation and execution of the events.

It was an honour for us to have Rasan cater our daughters wedding, as his father Surjit catered at our very own wedding many years ago what great footsteps to follow. This is a true testament to the reputation and brand that is Surjits spanning the decades

Surjit’s is simply delightful at catering. Their work at my daughter’s 21st was amazing. The food was incredible and the guests kept coming back for more. More importantly, I was extremely impressed by the service that all his waitstaff had at the party and how they were constantly engrossed in keeping us full with the best catering that I’ve have seen at any event. The food was on another level, with the koftas and the kebabs respectively being the stars of the evening. The level of care that was evident in the presentation of the food and I was extremely impressed with Surjit as he was polite and was simply engrossed in providing the best food for our event. A treat for us and all our guests.

I recently celebrated my 21st with catering from Surjit’s and was thoroughly impressed with the quality of the food and the professionalism of the staff. From start to finish, the catering team was attentive and responsive, working closely with us to create a menu that fit our specific dietary needs and preferences.

The food itself was absolutely delicious, with a great mix of classic and contemporary dishes that pleased all our guests. The presentation was also top-notch, with each dish beautifully arranged and garnished!
