I had fantastic service from the LSW team and Daniel in particular. I had an issue with a door hardware item I had purchased. Daniel was able to swap out an element from a discontinued line that I would otherwise have had to re bore the door. All quick and easy and no charge. Couldn’t ask for better to get me out of a bind of my own creation. Thanks.

I went in there this morning to purchase a mortise lock and handle.
The gentleman that served me was so rude, I just walked out. I went around the corner to business called Access Hardware - they were pleasant to deal with, and had a bigger range!

Locksmith warehouse is not at all customer focused. They supplied the wrong handles and locks to us which we didn't realise until we went to install them a few months later. When we told them, the guy was rude and arrogant and didn't want to know. If we want to change we have to purchase new locks. I will search the country for another supplier just to not have to deal with Locksmiths Warehouse! I would NEVER recommend Locksmiths Warehouse to anyone.
