They are easy to talk to, have good lead-times for parts and service availability.
Even though there are 3 other Isuzu service agents in my region, I'll travel the extra kms for the quality of service.

Always top notch service here. Staff are very professional, efficient and accommodating. Had multiple dealings with them and never a negative experience.

Very reasonable prices and the Salesman Rangi was really friendly and not pushy, needed time and he left us alone to work things out.

I have been in business most of my working life. And I have to say that if anybody on my staff was a rude as one of the Sales people who work in your business. Instantly they would been gone. Customer service is your business. My husband called and asked for a call back from the Sales person. Nothing. Then when after days of trying. They returned his call saying don’t call again. I’m a busy person and I’m the best at my job and don’t want you calling basically. Then when we went to collect the car and I was with him. This person was beyond rude. So rude infact that I removed myself from desk as to not get extremely rude and upset with the person being rude to my husband. I was looking at buying a new car. But no way would I do business with them again. I will go out of town. Buy local they say 😐. Not worth the rude people. Curtsy is free.

Absolutely appalled by the custom service in the service department.
My car was in the store for a simple part replacement,
When an employee messaged me about my car using filthy language to belittle me in the situation. I wasn’t comfortable having my car in the workshop anymore so I paid money out of my own pocket for it to be towed elsewhere to get fixed.
The so called “manager” of Manning Valley Automotive, rang me to tell me that it wasn’t able to go through warranty, which was fine. I proceeded to tell him what had happened with one of his employee’s messaging me about a work matter and said To him I will be taking this disgusting behaviour to head office, his answer to this was “we will come after you if you do.” - appalling management skills. Definitely Would NOT recommend this business to anyone, for either service or vehicle purchase.

Absolutely disgusted with the customer service. My car has a warranty issue and when told there was a 4 week wait for an unknown fault with a "engine malfunction" light I informed them I would get advice in regards to the situation was then refused service even it being under warranty and hung up on!

Terrible service department

Totally dissatisfied with the service received for my new 2020 demax. Will find somewhere else for future servicing .
